The cleaning job they did was no better than brushing and flossing at home. There was no scraping or cleaning the surfaces of teeth, just quick flossing, very quick surface scraping on several teeth, and using dental rinse. While cleaning, water was splashing all over my face. I will need to visit another place to get my teeth cleaned. I am not satisfied with their quality of service at all.

Be prepared to spend at least 2 hours each visit, regardless of anything. Reception is pretty quick, you'll get x-rays within twenty minutes or so but it all goes downhill from there. They only have one dentist working at a time so he's constantly going back and forth from patient on between procedures. I had to be rescheduled on two separate occasions. Since I had my x-rays previously done, I was told my filings and cleaning would take 45 minutes since I'd go straight to the dentist. Surprise surprise, my second visit took almost 3 hours, with one full hour of just waiting. Their system is broken. Staff is nice but I will not be returning from the horribly long wait and visit times for simple procedures.

I had a good time with the dentist's back room staff and doctor they were very friendly and welcoming. However, the reception at the front desk could work on their people skills. I felt constantly judged. As we were going over what needs to be done, I kept saying " I understand, the doctor went over this" but she continued to talk to me as if I was a child explaining in details. Then before I went to pay I said I have a credit card, and then she stated "we don't accepted cash", well duh it's a doctors office. Who has $$$ on them!? !? Wonder if I was white would she have said that? If you don't like your job quit especially if your going to judge people.

Excellent service with the receptionist with the information I needed and the dentist was very friendly and excellent work

I'd like to thank Wandra for reaching out and helping me verify my insurance eligibility before my appointment. She went above and beyond. During my visit, I didnt wait long to be seen by a dentist. Staff is very friendly.

I went there last month & was deeply disturbed at how irresponsibly they handled the mandated mask issue. I was there about 1.5 hours & saw 3 people not wearing masks, including a staff member. I contacted Jackie, the office manager & she acted appalled. I had paid $89 to implement a 'savings plan' & I requested a refund of 1/2 that amount since I would not be returning because of safety issues. Jackie told me she would get back to me & I never heard from her. I left another message to please respond. No answer.
I was referred by a friend to a fabulous dentist that was safe, professional, & charged nearly 1/2 the price as Bright Now Dental. My advice, choose another dentist that cares about their clients health & doesn't overcharge.

Hello everyone anyone who is in pain and discomfort. I highly recommend Bright now dental with “Dr. David Sawiris “ I had a dental emergency with an inlay that had broken I was in tremendous pain. But when arriving here it’s very clean they take all the covid 19 precaution I felt comfortable all the staff is very nice and attentive answering all questions and concerns. Dr David is amazing with his work I am very please with my visits here. I highly Recommend

Got 3 molars pulled. They were all broken and growing bacteria. Bright now helped in all ways financial to comfort. Granted I have dental insurance however im sure they'd still work with people. I sat in chair I was hooked up to iv sedation before I could be laid down in the chair I was out like a light. I don't remember getting home with my beautiful wife being there for me. Thank you now im swollen a little but that's the healing process.

Openly scolding staff, completely unprofessional, payment system not working. Doctor and patient advocate were great but outweighed by everyone else in this office. Literally hung up on while I was still talking when I called to cancel my appt.

This was my first session at this place, and I have to say I really appreciate how professional all the workers are. The dentist himself is very patient and did a great job. They follow all health protocol to the highest degree. Additionally, the environment is very friendly and comforting.

Bright now is very clean and friendly staff. They get you in and out with no problem. Any procedure that is done, They come to you with a printout, price and what your share would be if you need to pay. So far so good.

I had a very positive experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I felt like everyone knew what they were doing and really cared. I knew exactly what I was getting and for how much. Everyone was attentive and I'm glad I chose this place. Looking forward to returning.

I went to Bright Now to get a dental checkup. The staff here was very friendly and professional. They showed me great service from the beginning to the end. I would definitely recommend this place for dental.

I went to do my impressions of my teeth and the receptionist was not friendly, the wait time was too long and they did not take my impressions like there were supposed to.

I was told my teeth would be clean for the $29 they didn’t do any but give a a high bill on what I need to get done

Have been coming here for over an year for braces, and still have a few months left to go but from my very first appointment they have been friendly, caring, staff (for the most part) and tend to get me in right on time! I love that I decided to come here! Has saved me a couple of hours from waiting at western dental!

I like this office the Dentist is good and the x-ray tech is also great. Staff very friendly and the office is clean and up to date with modern technology.

Do not come here. They are horrible. Terrible customer service and an unorganized system. They only have orthodontists in the office once a month. You can make appointments then they tell you to call the day they are in the office but make you wait all day. Every time I came here they were rude, unhelpful, and had very poor quality of care. I regret ever deciding to get braces here and warn you to stay away.

I had a great experience here at Bright Now Dental and I highly recommend to all my people that need a dental visit.
