I got paperwork to fill out prior to my appointment so there was no wait! All the staff were helpful and friendly. I was out with xrays n pearly whites in an hour

I haven’t been to the dentist in years because of some bad experiences I’ve had but bright now dental is the complete opposite the service is great and everyone that works there is super friendly and helpful I will be coming back here very soon for my braces.

The staff is friendly, courteous and welcoming. The dentist was courteous and professional. Very satisfied with the service I received. Would definitely recommend this place.

Super unprofessional and dirty. Plus they have a waiver they try to make you sign that takes away all responsibility from the dentist of something goes wrong! I walked out of there within five minutes of walking in. The receptionists were super unprofessional as well. Felt like I was at the DMV

Staff is not professional. They supposed to check insurance coverage before bringing the patient for a planned procedure. Front desk lady said that she is not sure why I am scheduled today. Never go there.

This place is horrible with time management. They are always running behind and dont even bother showing up on time or early because you will still wait an hour past your appointment time before you will be seen. The worst place in Oxnard. Do yourself a favor and go to a better place that has parking and keeps on a schedule or at least close.

Dr. Jimmy Dang was the best if you go here make sure you ask for him. He fixed my filling and provided excellent service. I ppl forward to my next check up. Thanks Dr. Dang

Very bright clean dental office with state of the art technology. Very nice professional dentist and staff, very informative with great financing options that best suits your budget! Great work & attention to detail of the teeth!

Jimmy and Jasmine are both amazing and make you feel very comftorble during your visit. Jasmine gives a great cleaning with awesome music choice during the cleaning.

I intentionally missed three scheduled appointments with Bright Now. I needed to have a tooth pulled and my childhood experience with Dentist made me fearful. So as I left home today I tried to find reasons to cancel again. Dr. Dang, was amazing! He was extremely gentle when administering the pain medicine and my tooth was extracted in a matter of minutes. Thanks again Dr. Dang

Dr. Dang made sure my filling fit my mouth like it should after seeing me for an emergency replacement. I'm very happy with the results!

Jasmine offers quite the stellar teeth cleaning experience. She makes one feel quite comfortable and welcomed, and also does her job extremely well. She always leaves my mouth feeling clean and healthy. I would not change my dental hygenist for the world since Jasmine is the absolute best at what she does.

It was my first time at Bright now Dental and I had a wonderful experience. All the staff were kind and knowledgeable. I had my teeth cleaned by Jasmine and she was amazing. She did a wonderful job, was gentle, answered all my questions and was gracious.

They are very friendly people just don't like every time have appt it takes hr before being seen after appt time they need to schedule better

Worst experience at a dentist office ever. They give very bad information and are not helpful at all. I swear everyone in the office had a bad attitude except for the sweet lady who took my x rays and the lady who checked me in. Everyone else must hate their job because they fail in delivering 5 star customer service. You can get treated like a human being at another dentist office I'm 100% sure. I had an ortho appt booked and immediately canceled after my bad first experience.

Staff have great customer service, Alejandra was very polite and helped with all my questions. Drs were great! I would recommend this place to anyone! Looking forward to my next appointment!
