Booked through Burr White and had to cancel the beach house because of Covid-19. Burr White was prompt and helpful with the refund process. Will book again through them in the future.

Recently we felt that we needed to cancel our reservations for accommodations for our entire family—children, spouses, and grandchildren—in Newport Beach for the summer of 2020 due to the pandemic. Burr White employees were extremely accommodating and refunded our entire deposit within 3-4 days. We look forward to trying again for another year. Their customer service is top-notch! Highly recommend!
