Have gas stove burner problem. Visited Ceasars Steve Dennis walked me thru how to clean out orifice. Did my own short term maintenance. I will continue to use Ceasars for any appliance service. 4 star operation

Our technician quickly assessed the problem with our washer.new pump needed. My husband is a generally handy and mechanically skilled guy.he was impressed with his work and recommendations. In the end we bought a new washer from Caesar’s. Have NEVER bought before comparison shopping so I was glad to find afterwards that the price we paid was on target. The hauling away of our old washer was worth the delivery fee of our new Speed Queen 100% mechanical parts washing machine. A pleasure doing business all around.

Sergio at Caesar's appliances was amazing. We had a very difficult problem to fix with our oven, and he worked relentlessly to fix it. I was really impressed with his knowledge and dedication. We went through several repair companies trying to fix our oven, with no success (either exorbitantly high prices or staff that could not fix the issue) before finding Sergio.

I have just wasted about 15 hours of my life, waiting for Cesar's to repair my oven. Thanksgiving is in 3 days and I have no.oven. They failed to show up, or even call for the last 2 scheduled appointments. Ii would never recommend this company. They are completely unreliable!

Dishwasher broke the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. Wednesday afternoon, Gary showed up as scheduled and expertly repaired for a fair price. Now we can proceed with dinner for 12! Thanksgiving prayers answered.

I bought a new washer and dryer set from Caesar's appliances. They were extremely helpful and also had it delivered and installed the same day. The delivery crew we're extremely friendly and professional. If I was to recommend anybody buying new appliances for their home I would recommend Caesar's appliances.

I bought a refurbished Maytag washer and dryer with same day delivery. Alex and Richie were very professional. They showed up on time and installed the washer and dryer quickly and proficiently. I will definitely go back to Caesars for any appliance needs.

Terrible Service! Came out half a dozen times and could not fix the problem. In fact they made things worse and could not come back out for a week to fix what they had left undone.

The service member, Greg, was superb. My dryer is very old but a good workhorse, and he took good care of it for me. New baffle and new belt and it was up and running again. I call Caesar's for all my appliance repair because of their attention to detail and professionalism.

I highly recommend Caesar’s. They go above and beyond with customer service. We purchased a used refrigerator for our daughter at Carsar’s. Unfortunately, the refrigerator stopped working properly a couple of weeks past the 30 day warranty period. They sent out a technician and ended up replacing the refrigerator at no charge with delivery the same day. Everyone I worked with was friendly, helpful and professional. Way to go Caesar’s!
