Technician explained option of replacing ice maker compared to purchasing new refrigerator. Refrigerator was 12 years old so decided to purchase new one. Would definitely use Caesar's again.

False advertising. They DO NOT deliver anywhere in Orange County! If you can't trust that, what can you trust?

I’ve used them many times before but this time they really let me down I’ll be calling another appliance repair place when the guy tells you no problem to fix it and can maybe do it the next day and then one excuse after another now I have to call someone else: (

Although it was later in the evening when our service tech Tony arrived, he stayed until he got our refrigerator working. We were grateful for his professional efforts.

They cleaned out the filter on my commercial dryer. The technician was knowledgeable, did an excellent job. The dryer works perfect now. I highly recommend this company.

Had them come out to repair washer. Didn't have the part would order it and be able to put it in the next weekend. Here we are 2 weeks later and I've had to call and each time I'm told it was ordered but not delivered, but to keep on calling back. Looks like I have to call another repair service to get anything done. On original call was told 10-1, then they called and said 3-7, when I called to confirm it was now changed 2-5 and it was after 5 when he did arrive. Poor service all around.

John and Andrew always have a nice stock of used appliances at Caesar's. It's worth the drive from Irvine, PLUS they set up delivery with my tenants and my husband doesn't have to meet them there! He's rather happy with that!

Just had Tony from Saesars appliance come to my house to fix my oven that went out after the holidays! Was able to schedule an appointment same day and he was on time! I have a working oven now, price was very reasonable, and would recommend to others!

Purchased a nice garage refrigerator for my parents for under $200 and they delivered it and gave a warranty for free! The guy took the old one away and even swept the floor where the old one was for my elderly Mom. Awesome job! Thx again!

Caesar's is the BEST! As an out-of -state landlord, I really like the ease of dealing with the new owners at Caesar's Used Appliances! I had to replace an outdated refrigerator and stove in 2 properties in Huntington Beach and Irvine.

Called Caesar's and told Andrew my issues. He texted my wife pics, she gave to go ahead and we paid over the phone! Now thanks GREAT SERVICE right there!

Been calling caesars for years. I am an out of state landlord and I had problems with my tenants Refrigerator. I called caesars and I heard on the message that they started doing used. I was able to get the refrigerator situation fixed for my tenants in one day!

Have been using Caesars for years. Tried to get them to repair our refrigerator. They provide a window of 3: 00 to 7: 00 pm. They call after 7: 00 saying they are running late will be there at 7: 30. Nope, not at 7: 30 either. They called at 5 minutes to 8: 00. We declined the service and notified their Manager. Do you think the manager called to apologize or offer service immediately, no. Will never, ever use them again.

Just had David from Cesar's fix our frig. Identified the problem, had the right fan and did it in 30 min. Great job, fair price and now my ice cream is cold and not a milkshake. Thanks guys.
