We enjoyed the displays from each county, and the beautiful historic architecture. It's nice that you can just walk around and explore. There were choirs singing in the rotunda when we were there, which was extra special.

Took the tour of the capitol building with members of my family who were visiting from out of town. I never would have considered doing this on my own, now I can't recommend it enough. Great building, jammed with our history. I wish our politicians were more up for governing honestly to be in such a magnificent building.

They have very good exhibits about each and all counties of California. They also have very interesting exhibits about the history of California. Beatific architect and garden. Many, many more good stuff.

Learned a lot. We went and looked around freely on every floor and also given a tour with 5 star treatment.

Worth the tour. All staff were helpful and nice. Call ahead to find out tour schedule and when chambers are open to the public. Typical Capitol archetecture.
