Century West BMW, North Hollywood CA

My experience with BMW Century West today was perfect. My service advisor Cristina listened to what i needed for my car.and i was satisfied with the service.

This place is absolutely horrible they never offered me a curtisy vehicle and before they even completed a diagnostic on vehicle they tried to charge me 2700 hundred dollars based on a "visual diagnosis" they didnt even bother to hook up the battery to check to see if it worked before they decided i needed a 400 dollar new one. No mechanics on site. 0 customer service skills. And allen y. Is just a money hungry crook

My car was towed here for an o reheated engine with a low coolant level after hour. They refused to give me a loaners car so for the entirety of a long weekend I was sitting home with no cars. Then in the morning I went to grab my car since I was told that it was ready. The “coolant level low” sign came on again few miles in to my drive! Do not under under any circumstances lease/buy a 230i convertible. They are trash! Oh & this is far from luxury car if the service is SO poor….

Spoke with Tim today about a possible lease. Horrible customer service and attitude, tried to pressure to purchase car now or indefinitely wait…Will never come to Century West

After we picked up my vehicle from their service department, hours later we noticed that they damaged the interior my car BMW M850i. I called Alan from the service department several times and left massages, but he didn't returned my calls. I drove to the dealership and showed Alan the damage. He told me to wait, so he can go and check the videos. After keeping me waiting for over 40 minutes he came back to me and told me that nothing can be done as I should have checked my vehicle for damages before picking it up. I told him that I didn't know that their service department employees can damage the vehicles of customers and not report to management and asked him why he did not tell us to check the car for damages before picking it up. I also told him and I do not see any signs on the walls stating the the dealership or service department is not responsible for damaging the vehicles. He answered my very rudely that it is not his responsibility to tell customers to check the vehicles for damages after the service is done and I can complain to whoever I want to. Stay away from their service department.

Overall experience was good. There is one person that was exceptionally profound. Romelia there loaner manager. She was amazing!

Century West is a great dealer. Helpful sales and support staff and vehicle service staff always helpful and prompt. They treat you well there and I recommend them highly. If you are looking for a new or pre owned vehicle, ask for Shahin, he’s great.

Good service.like all of them, they find tons wrong outside of warranty.but they do a great job and are at least honest about the urgency. Nice loaners.

Zack was extremely helpful in helping find the right car for me. His no pressure approach and transparency with everything made the process enjoyable and easy and I would highly recommend him and Century West BMW to anyone who is in the market for a new car. Thank you!

From the first time I spoke with Zach I knew the experience was going to be great. I wasn’t wrong. I drove 6 hours to get my car and it was worth it! Zach had everything ready and was completely up front with everything. Jarod in finance was amazing as well. I would drive another 6 hours to do it again! Outstanding experience!

Everyone is very pleasant but my issues were not resolved.
BMW's "genius" department and the dealership/Service department do not communicate. After 5 weeks still do not have remote sevices. The Service advisor tells me one thing and the genius department tells me another, and they don't speak to each other. The result: I'm frustrated and stuck with resolving the problem myself.

Neil wa awesome! He stayed late just to meet us and help us take home the car. He went over and beyond to make sure we were happy and even followed up the next day to make an appointment with their genius support to go over all the functions of the 530e. We will definitely look for him next time we get a bmw.

Don Engle is a champ. We took about a month to decide which car we wanted. We test drove, we hemmed. We sent him cars from other dealers. But guess what, we ended up going with the original car he showed us. He is patient and was a great sport helping us get what we wanted.
