Everything at Century West works like a well oiled machine. Sales, service - all excellent. So happy to be working with them.

My windshield needed replacement after getting cracked from a rock on the freeway. Rekan and Century West did a stellar job in installating the OEM replacement, working with my insurance and setting me up with a loaner to get the job completed so efficiently. It was quick and effortless, I couldn’t ask for more.

My Service rep was thorough, but the behind the desk individuals that worked at the service department and checkout displayed attitude and not very helpful.

I got a X1 BMW with the salesman Donald Engle. He was so competent and considering. Great service. When ti is time to renew my lease, I hope Don is still there.

Service and the attitude is worst, even you get better service when you buy a can of coke, STAY AWAY

This was my second purchase from Century West BMW in the past 90 days. Friendly and knowledgeable staff all around, from sales advisor to the finance advisor. I had already searched their inventory, chose the car I wanted to see. The whole process took less than two hours and I left driving my new car. This is dealership I would recommend to my friends and family.

My wife and I bought a 2017 X4 from Century West BMW last Sunday and had the most pleasant experience. Don Engel showed us a gorgeous X4 at a fair price and ridiculous financing that we couldn’t refuse. We had been to 2 other dealers that day and were burned out. Don and Jared in financing got us in and out in under 2 hours. 2 days later I went back with some “duh” type questions and they were cheerfully answered.

Staff is courteous and professional. Unfortunately the construction at the facility makes the process very difficult. Service department across the street makes a very chaotic experience.
