Everyone is always polite and friendly. Work was done quickly and thoroughly. I intend to keep taking my car there for all needed work.

This place is amazing they worked on my vehicle and my boys vehicle and both are running better than ever We had to do a lot of work on my kids car and they fix it to where it's fun to drive the car again

The front office was amazing it was my first time going here and it will definitely not be the last! I had Jeff help me diagnose and get back to me with all the information I needed for my vehicle, he broke everything down and told me what needed to be fixed and what may need to be fixed for the future. They send you a text with a whole diagnostic of what they did and it included pictures and even pictures of the mechanic that worked on your vehicle! This place is very organized and super friendly can't wait to do business again

I stopped in for a smog. Was in and out in about 20 minutes. Very nice people working in the office. Very clean waiting area.

Called five separate times spoke with Valerie, wanted to make a simple oil change appointment and was brushed off every time. She asked what kind of car and put me on hold as a tech and then says no but we have some thing next week. Unable to get an appointment for oil change for over a month. What I really believe is they put out coupons that they do not want to honor. It’s easy, don’t give out coupons if you don’t want to honor them.

I love this place! So welcoming and helpful! They always let me know what i need without being pushy and they keep me on a schedule to maintain my car maintenance! I won’t go anywhere else!

Professional staff. I was guided through the repair process for my vehicle.
Upon completion of the repairs, my vehicle was running a whole lot better. Repairs cost can be expensive but I would return to have repairs on my other vehicles in the future. No question. I'm coming back!

What could of been a financial set back for us and a broken auto, turned into a fixed auto thanks to Jeff and his diligence and research that the part was under the warranty period and all parts and labor taken care of. Finally a repair facility that can be trusted and looking out for the customers best interest. I find Certified to be spot on in their diagnosis and quick to finish repairs. It's a plus that they wash your car upon completion of services.

We have been coming to certified for years and would not think of going anywhere else. Gene, Robin, Jeff, and the rest of the staff bend over backwards to make sure each visit is perfect. My engine was just replaced at Hyundai and Gene looked the car over afterward to make sure we were ready for a big trip. Turns out we were low on oil. No matter the issue, Certified makes it their business to make it important. That's important to me in any business I support. And Certified is at the top of my list. Thank you Gene!

I have been going to Certified Automotive Specialists for over 24 years! Gene (Owner) and his mechanics know what they are doing. If you need a ride home while your vehicle is at their shop, you get to be taken in a nice ride! (57 Chevrolet Station Wagon)! Once they figure out what is wrong with your vehicle, you are notified and they explain to you what needs to be done to make your vehicle perfect again!

My wife mentioned this place as a possible shop to get an alignment. She went there in the past before she knew me and was pretty happy with them. I've worked as a mechanic for many years but can't do everything. I know the ins and outs of how corrupt the industry can be to a customer. It's the reason why I left auto repair in the 90's and don't trust anyone to work on my vehicles. This place was a pleasant surprise. As someone that had been in the industry I found this place to be very professional and courteous. They completed my complicated alignment in one day and charged what I thought was a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend them based on what I experienced.

Always get a great vibe from this place, super honest and fair, and quick as a mechanic can be while still giving you great service. I drive out from Rancho because they're worth it!
