True caring is the manner in which I would describe CAS. I visited this automotive repair shop for the first time and was really well pleased with initially the customer service primarily for the attention I received. So very different and so much less "corporate" than when I have gone to a dealer. Mind you I have had good experience at the dealer repair place too, but compared to this service the dealer service seemed "staged" as opposed to CAS which felt caring. A very welcoming environment.
