Walk in and got a few things and spent 80 dollars, they make sure you spend like a car sales men. 3M is the way to go.

Very professional and pleasant young men. I have been using their products for over ten years and I love it.
I love the fact that they don't try to sell you things that you don't need just to make money.
I appreciate them for their honesty and professionalism.

I placed an order for around $400. I ordered apple scented odor remover. It was everything but an odor remover. It stank/stunk bad! I purchased 2 bottles. I called customer service and was told they cant take back the one that i sprayed and almost vomited over the smell. And the 2nd bottle I can return if I pay shipping. That means i spent $30 on product and wind up with $5 after paying for shipping.and throw the other away.

Customer service did not care and that was all they can do. I would never buy from a company that does not stand behind there product. Again I spent $400 and would have been a repeat customer. Not anymore.

Buy some where else, with a company that cares about its customers. I work hard for my money and don't appreciate throwing these out, after paying for them. But they are trash!

Horrible customer service. I placed an order online for the Arsenal Builder Kit. Out of the box the foaming gun leaked more that my puppy. Emailed customer service, a week later no reply. I called "customer service" and they said someone would email me? Wait I just called and instead of helping they sent the issue to someone else. Still no reply. They state they welcome and be part of the family, sounds like a dysfunctional family to me. Their drive is for a passion for shine. How about your drive is to your customers? Now if I want to return the kit I have pay shipping and provide them all the shipping info. Hey turn on your TV I just saw a commercial for ShipStation those dudes will help you cut on shipping costs! I called one of their local stores they said, "Oh we tell everyone NOT to buy from the website, they never get back to anyone. "

Everytime I try to call to this direct store it takes me to customer service elsewhere, I need to talk to the seller of this particular store. Why are you hiding your phone number?

Worst products that I have ever used. I don't write bad reviews unless they need to be. 6 inch yellow pad and v32 compound works like garbage. I need a refund. I've been scammed with some really good marketing. 3m all the way. I should have know better.

I use Chemical Guy's products all the time while washing and taking care of my cars. They offer great quality products at reasonable prices. I highly recommend their products.

Products from Chemical Guys are expensive but well worth it. They took their time to explain step by step on how to perform Paint Correction on my 30 year old car with original paint. I cannot believe how amazing my car looks now. Thank you so much for your product and service!

Pretty disappointed with my experience using their products. I'll update my review if anything changes. Videos are misleading and manipulate the process to make it look like you can get similar results. Don't make the same mistake I did - there are way more affordable options than buying foam cannons from these guys.

I have been using there products for a few years now. I can say they are the best I have ever used! Super excited they finally opened a location in Orlando. Now i dont have to order online anymore!

OMG! This was my go to place to try and get some deep swirls out of my paint done by a crappy dealer's detailer. I not only got some great products here, I scored a TorqX Kit during Amazon's Prime Day event, and all of the products made my new car pop!

Don't stand behind products. Used their wash mitt twice and the inside lining failed. Got a canned response saying they only warranty within 30 days. I expect my purchases to last longer than two uses.

The staff are experienced and very helpful. No regrets dropping a few C-notes for some quality products!
