Has everything you need, getting information from them is like pulling teeth. Everything you tell them your doing is wrong. Great place if you already know what you want. Kinda like walking into Fry's.

They have some good products but by far every time I ever deal with them they do not disappoint with there horrible customer service. It is the worst I have ever dealt with.

Go there almost weekly. They usually have what I'm looking for. Helpful staff and good product.

Disappointing. I enjoy the products, but there's no reason to come out to their store when they charge more at their direct stores than they charge on their Amazon store. As an example, 1 gallon of Hybrid V7 Spray Sealant and Quick detailer, is $48.99 on the Chemical Guys website and in their store. Through Amazon, sold by Chemical Guys, it's only $31.80 and includes free shipping for prime members.

Don't stand 100% behind their products, there's a 20% restocking fee, a lot of their products do the exact same thing, with that being said im very satisfied with some of their products I can't see me using something else, customer service is super good there's just one guy that has a bad attitude aside from that everyone is super friendly and go above and beyond, somethings are overpriced for what they are and some are great deals, dudes are passionate about detailing a bit much they think a fart will scratch your paint but hey that's what makes some of their products very good can you get better results using other products yes but you pay for the hype!
