This place sucks; in ER as I write this review and have been waiting two hours; I was born at this hospital and I’m questioning how because they never get anything done

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I was there 4am on easter in excruciating pain. It didn't take long to see the doctor and to get back to do an ultrasound but after that I waited 8 hours. The pain medication were off & I just silently cried in the waiting area because I figured everyone else was worse than me? I went to ask for the status on my results and the triage girl told me she called to ask and the radiologist hung up on her. Smh. She had to have two different people speed up the process & give me more pain medication. I briefly spoke to the dr and he told me I had an infection somewhere & they didnt know what was wrong with me. When he asked what insurance I had I said none & he said " that's a big problem" he then said he would ask the radiologist what he would like to do & then not 5 minutes later he sent a nurse to discharge me with pain rx. I said what about antibiotics? He said I had an infection? & the nurse said hes not to worried about it? Are you kidding me? I left in the same pain I went there with and I will NEVER be back to this hospital ever again. I'll NEVER recommend it either. This was th eeeew worst care I have EVER received in my life. I felt discriminated against because I didnt have insurance the dr's made that very clear and I'm just disgusted. After telling my friends about this experience turns out that I'm not the only person that has gotten service like this before. It's very disappointing.

April 15. I'm currently standing in Clovis Community Hospital. Been here since 1: 30 am it is now 4: 50 am. Was greated by the recepinest, 5 mins later vitals was taken, another few mins go by and we went to a back room. Was told to come out of the back room given patients rights and sat in the emergency room that was at 1: 45am it's now 5: 05. Hospitals need to have another name for this place besides emergency. Because being made to wait 4 to 5 hours to be seen is not making me feel like my situation is an emergency. It makes me feel like its the hospitals way of saying. We will see you only because your Dr. Isn't available on the weekends or after hours.
I came to Clovis Community because I had heard good things about the emergency room, today I can honestly say unless a family member or loved one chooses to come here I will not be back. Fresno Community, Clovis Community they're both the same. Long waits and bad attitudes depending on the crew and with the exception of a few!
