We had Aaron as our driver, and he was above and beyond fantastic!

Their quote came in $200 less than all the other people in the Bay Area, but for the same type of vehicle. They were flexible for our last minute reservation and provided flexible payments options including Venmo which made it super easy!

We also were provided ice and waters! Whenever we had a rider who needed to stop, Aaron found them a restroom within minutes.

We will for sure be making our first call to Code 3 next time we have an event.

What a great experience, driver was on time and literally rolled out the red carpet. I definitely will be using Code 3 for my luxury rides.

Great experience. Our Driver, Dharwin was early to the pick up location, and right on time to pick us back off at the drop off location. Bus was very clean and we had a great time using Code 3 Limo!

Best, most affordable limousine service in the bay area. Great drivers, sharp, respectful, and always willing to go out of their way to make sure that the customer is always taken cared of, I have used their services before and what else can I say? If you want the best, then look no further.

I hired Code 3 for two days of shuttle service for a medical education conference. We received excellent service. The shuttle driver was responsive to our needs even when we were running early or late. We would recommend.

Chassity was superb. We appreciated her reliability and friendliness. She did a fantastic job keeping in communication during the stops throughout the night. Her genuine, positive, and energetic personality turned a wonderful evening into a fantastic one. So glad we went with Code 3. All the reviews I read were positive, and now I know why. I give them 5 stars out of 5.

So, I haven’t gotten the chance yet to use this company. I was excited to use them because of the reviews. I called on Saturday to get a quote for a pick up to surprise my boyfriend on 9/28/19 for his birthday. I spoke to a woman. She gave me a quote for $640 for 7hrs which would have included a pick up to go home the next day. She told me she was headed to lunch and would send it to me via e-mail after. Everything sounded good. The end of Saturday cake, no there wasn’t an e-mail. I waited till today to call just in case she was busy and still needed more time. Well, today, the same woman answered the phone. Well let me go back a little, on Saturday I asked about the Escalade and she said they only had a Tahoe which was just as nice. Ok, so moving to today, the same woman answered and told me she didn’t remember speaking to me on Saturday. She took my name placed me on hold. Came back and said she as trying to see who spoke to me and no one could recall and she was the only one there Saturday. Ok, then it was you? Then I gave her my email she pulled me up and it was in the system from another time I called. Ok? Well I still called Saturday, this is the number I dialed I see it I’m my phone there was no mistake. Now she gave me a quote for more hours which would cost more money. I expressed how disappointed I am because the ball was dropped and instead of her admitting fault, she said she was dumbfounded and didn’t know what to say. Just admit you went to lunch and forgot about me, I’m not making this stuff up someone has to take accountability but she didn’t. So then, she told me she would send a new quote. She also seemed annoyed with my questions because I’ve never used a transportation company before I don’t know how this works. I got offended when she told me I wasn’t using the correct verbiage. Ok? But if you understand what I am trying to say, just help me out this is all foreign to me. It was a really hard, disappointing 12 minutes with a supposedly professional company. And when I asked her who the manager was, guess what? It’s her! That was even worse! So not only is she not taking accountability, she didn’t seem to care much. That’s how I took it. I’m waiting for this quote, but, if I find a company that treats me better from the initial setup and doesn’t forget about me. I will go with them. Oh! And I forgot, now they do have Escalades after Saturday I was told them only have Tahoe’s and no Escalades when it is on their website. So confusing and frustrating! I really have to think how I want to spend my hard earned money. I don’t want the weekend to be messed up.

The owner Aaron contacted me yesterday evening. He was very apologetic and wanted to make things right. He stated he was out of town, but he wanted to see if he could take care of me. We went over a schedule. After being misquoted, in order to honor what the woman at his business said I would have had a basic vehicle and the Escalade I wanted is out of service. His price was $200 more for him to ask another company he does business with. He’s supposed to call me back today. I’ve decided to go with Prestige Limousine. They quoted me better and were very friendly and professional. They also have the truck I wanted and provide champagne. Since the event is our first time and is for a special occasion, I want things as perfect as I can get it. I appreciated Aaron calling me back, but I think the damage was already done from the initial contact and I rather take my business else where.

Code 3 Limos was the perfect choice for my wedding. They were professional, responsive, and easy to work with. They handled my complicated schedules and provided great service. Only hiccup was broken AC on a hot day. Highly recommend them for any large event.

The limo bus was super clean and a beautiful vehicle. The driver Maria was too vocal and too loud. She drove way too fast (75 in a 55) and almost ran over several pedestrians.and almost hit several vehicles. All of our guests were scared of her driving and we had to put on our seat belts to calm our nerves. We were all nauseous after getting out of the ride. She needs to please keep to herself and be so intrusive with her passengers.she also sang songs at the top of her lungs and was very disruptive!

Top class from start to finish.
Access to our rental was up a long winding hill road but Philip accessed it by driving the stretch limo up in reverse gear!
He managed our time brilliantly.
Sasha was very helpful in the original booking and planning.

Beautiful van, showed up on time and was perfect for the occasion. Just a little lack in communication going between places that made us lose a little time from one venue to the next but overall great.
