Great experience! I had to plan a last minute outing to Napa for my team due to change in plans. Code3 was super easy to work with! I found out about the change in plans on Monday and the outing was scheduled for Wednesday. I called at least four other companies and no one offered the service they did. Our driver, Dharwin, was absolutely amazing. He picked us up on time from every location. Their rates are great too! I would highly recommend Code3 and hope to use them again in the future.
They were all very accommodating when I first call to setup the date and time. Aaron told me he had the perfect driver for me when I told him what the occasion was and what I needed. EJ was fantastic one of the best drivers I have ever had. He made the day extra special and we all appreciated his efforts. I will use them again and request EJ.
Our driver Tim was kind and patient with our bachelorette party. He stopped rather short a few times however, throwing each of us and all our belongings around the bus and wasn’t apologetic about it. We came very close to rear-ending others at least 2 times, which was really unfortunate. 4 stars, however, for the helpfulness of the reservation crew, competitive pricing, and punctuality.
