My HP laptop decided to give me grief with wi-fi connectivity and a non-functioning keyboard that both came from nowhere. Kevin had it back to work in a couple of hours, after running some tests and replacing the keyboard that had some moisture damage he showed me. I am super pleased and impressed and would recommend this business to anyone in need of help with their electronics. Thanks Kevin!

The people here do excellent work; they are honest about what needs to be done and offer you plans for what should be prioritized. You never have to worry that an estimate was lowballed when you pick up your work. They have worked on my iphone, as well (screen replacements-battery issues) ; & quality work is much less expensive and not as difficult to make appointments, etc, as with the Apple stores!).
Kevin, the owner, takes his time and explains what the problem is; and how he will do the work and will answer your questions personally. He even helped me with my new laptop, installing apps and hardware after the initial work was done to get my laptop working. And says, "Call anytime. " He truly means this.

Kevin is honest and knowledgeable. I know him for a while. Last week one of our computers got fried, I took it to him to see if it was fixable; it wasn’t, but he made a new one for us, transferred all the programs and files from the dead one, all at a very very reasonable price.

Everyone talks about being green. But when it comes to our computers and phones and other crazy devices, at the first hint of potential obsolescence, we run screaming to the Apple Store, where we expect to fork out a king's ransom for the next generation of obsolescence-in-the-making. Great customer service, I took my water damaged MacBook Pro 2018 to computer city repairs because it was not powering on. They were able to fix it for me within 1-2 days and they were able to recover all my data. Very knowledgeable, very reasonable price and very professional.

Left my slow running laptop for repair. Owner Kevin called the same say to explain the problem; plus an embedded virus he would remove. The next day I picked up my computer and paid a very nominal and fair price for the repairs. I have visited the shop 3-4 times in the past 5-6 years. Happy that I live close by, but I would travel a distance for the service extended here.

Update! I had considered my charger lost and I received a text that I had left it. I am just amazed by the follow up and integrity! A gem in CA!

I found Computer City Repairs to be very knowledge and reliable. He provided our company, Valle Translations with great service at a very reasonable price. We went to him with a PC that turned off when it felt like it. He diagnosed and repaired it in 6 hrs. Way to go! I went to him because of bad experience with other well known repair services who charge a premium and deliver little.

Honest, knowledgeable individuals whom's best interest lie in the happiness of their customers. Took in my Alienware to get diagnosed and cleaned. They couldn't find the problem (For a completely understandable reason), but told me what the best course of action was given their experience (Which is very extensive), and gave me back my laptop, free of charge and as clean as it was the day I first used it!
