26I took my desktop in for what I thought was bad RAM, but after a while they pinpointed it to bad memory on the graphics card, which was under manufacturer's warranty. It was probably a pain for them to deal with, but because of their 'diagnostics is free' policy they didn't charge me for anything. They were also courteous and professional in general-highly recommended.
Took great care of a disabled friend’s computer, and really went the extra mile upgrading my laptop. Awesome, friendly people who really care about their customers!
