Costco Tracy Distribution Depot

They don't say anything they just point and say go that way and is very confusing to figure out which Warehouse you're supposed to go to

I hate this place. Even if you're 30 minutes early, they make you stand outside for an hour with a bunch of other drivers until they issue you a door. I shop at Sam's Club now.

Main entrance schulte ct was closed for trucks. New entrance keep straight make right on Gateway blvd to enter costco

I had to wait every time I delivered here at least 1 hour past my appointment time, but your even a minute late they won’t accept the load and you have to reschedule your appointment which will be several days later. They also refused my load because they were afraid it would shift which I understand but they complete refusal without allowing me to re-pallet the load was BS charged for the load that wasn’t damaged.

They make you stand out in the cold for hours waiting for a door even when you are on time i was a half hour early had to wait a hour and a half before i got a door

This people are with the business I was in n out in 40 minutes that's wonderful for a trucker as myself. I can't wait to head out there again I look forward to that.

One of the worst place I have ever seen in my lifetime. Parking Parking Parking. No place to park
Please do not come before your appointment.if you come on time. Wait long lines. Check in and checking. The worst. Parking lot employees the wroest people you can deal with every time you trying to park. They tell you do not park. If you leave a building. Wait for another headaches. 500 truck line up. Man this place a mess I will never come to this again. I will repeat I will never come to this place again. Never.

The city should fine Costco for all the trucks strewn all over the streets and blocking roads waiting to get into the gate. I was on time for my appointment and was forced to block roads because they can't process all the trucks fast enough. It doesn't get any better once you're through the gates. They have a complicated system to expedite unloading but they just can't unload fast enough so it's a major fustercluck inside. I've been waiting several hours just to get to the dock even though I arrived 15 minutes early. I did my job perfectly. Get your act together, Costco.

There is some real friendly people in the Meat Plant reception office in the afternoon team it's a real good place real hot in the summer though make sure you have a AC in your car or truck

This place is a real mess. They don't have a minimun idea on how to organize this place. I invite them to Costco in West Palm Beach to learn what to do.

Don't arrive more than 30 minutes early for your appointment! This place sets the standard for efficiency for unloading of big trucks!

Hated it. Very, very crowd'd and very unorganized. To many employees try to tell you what to do and how to park. Like I say.very, very unorganized! Hope I never go back.but being a truck-driver, I probably will. Like a "three-ring" circus there. Like Albertson's Distribution down in Irvine, CA. They're both in the same " boat". As far as I'm concerned.

Overall well organized fast unload time, tends to get overcrowded some of the yard drivers don't pay attention and speed thru the yard

45 minutes to get in and out of the gate, go early. Decent unload times. Friendly at the meat building.

This place is awesome. Got here 45 mins before appt time. Gave me a door right away. Took only an hour to unload and get out.

Great experience. Drove up to guardshack and gave them the bills, was immediately assigned a door. Just backed in, got unloaded & was out in just over an hour. Follow their easy guidelines

Ok so they have a waiting area parking for trucks in case you are more than half hour early.
I went check in, the guard gave me a door even though I was early, went in but, had to wait for a truck that was getting unloaded on that door, I had the beeper they give you. It tells you when to park, when to dock, when you're done.
It was easy for the most part, still 2 hours to get out but I'll take it.

DONT EXPECT TO GET PAID DETENTION.
They know all the tricks to not have to pay. Show up early they'll tell u to come back 15mins till appt. But when u do show up early and there is a line out to the freeway and it take you 45mins to get to the front to check in your still screwed, even though it's there fault for WORKING SO SLOW at getting trucks out. Also, they have the ability to change your out times or have it not print out.
KEEP THIS UP COSTCO AND YOU'LL LOSE TRUCKERS DELIVERING HERE.

Easy, sometimes very busy. Except when a driver has to get out and look to check his backing and a moronic employee of costco tells the driver he has to stay in his truck. Idiot should be fired, he has no knowledge of backing safety.
