25Very busy place but very organized. Out in one hour even though I checked in 1 hour before my appointment
Didn't have any dock doors available at arrival 30 min before, but not much of a wait to get one. Unloaded on time. Busy place, but in and out runs smooth.
Extremely well managed aside from appointments. I ended up being 30 minutes left because of the traffic off the highway and traffic coming into the DC so I cant say wether they are fast or not. So far it took an hour and a half to get into the dock but again probably my fault. The amount of trucks coming in to the place is CRAZY. Other than that im impressed with Costcos DC with the paging system! No need to waste time inside an office standing there for your paperwork you just leave and the paperwork is at the security office. Well done. Aside from all the truck appointments setup at the same time. Overall not bad at all I cant complain.
I naver saw Custco have a bad service at all but in Tracy they are so slow be careful if you coming for delivery here staff in check in office really rude I hate this place I don’t wanna come again
Place is great like any other costco just dont be one of those guy that cant park to stage especially in the refrigerated side.
