Costco Wholesale, San Diego CA

I had surgery in Tuesday and thanks to amazing doctors was out shopping Thursday. Not being allowed to pick up more than 5 pounds, Costco provided me with a personal shopper, Michelle. What a great experience! Having her help allowed me to browse at my own pace and get exactly what I wanted without feeling like a burden. What a wonderful experience!

This Costco has everything. Conveniently located at Carmel Mountain Ranch shopping center. Go early in the morning to avoid traffic. Pump gas before and door opens 15 minutes ahead of schedule.

In most cases, the items are good. Fast delivery is also convenient. However, the food delivered by same day delivery was bad. These days, small oranges were not good. Some of them had mold and the others were not fresh. I think it is best to visit Costco directly and to choose the items.

Costco I a great company, but the employees at this location have zero
customer service skills. Go the extra few miles to Poway and stay clear
of these unfriendly employees.

Awesome customer service. I went shopping with my son looking for a hoodie that we couldn't find no where but this Costco employee was so graciously helpful to us not that she found us something great but made it such a special memories for us! She went back to their storage 2 times (voluntarily) to find stuff for him. My son took a picture with her becaus he never seen someone so helpful and great at her job. Her name is Thessa! Great shopping experiences ever

Like all Costco locations they are open as of 11am (10am for seniors). They seem to have a good stock (no lysol spray though). They do not allow cloth bags or coolers due to COVID. They claim it is the same at all locations, although Costco Poway (Scripps Poway Pkwy and Gregg and Tech Ctr Dr.) do let you bring in soft shell coolers.

Staff very friendly. I needed help finding lids for under the bed storage bins asked staff and they didn't have answer and got the floor supervisor and about 7 minutes later he showed up with bunch of lids and even told me Thank You for being patient. They were very courteous and efficient. They were really busy but lines were almost actually all open went really fast.

I got in immediately with no weight to get the gasoline I needed and be on my Merry way and love with the gas here is always at least 10 to 15 cents less expensive than anywhere else

Perfect time at Costco this time of the year. Amazing priced on all things. Plus smaples are the best.

Love cotsco but sometimes people are encapsulated in this invisible bubble that think they own halls leaving the carts in the middle of the way just to try a stupid peanut covered with organic inswcticide free amazonian dark chocolate and block the flow of the incoming people

They wouldn't let me in because I didn't have my Costco card. Although my wife sent me a front and back picture of the card I still wasn't able to go in. I been a customer for years and it wasn't fair that I couldn't go in because of this reason. All I was going for was to buy a drink since I'm working construction in their own parking lot.i felt like I didn't get a chance.

This Costco is probably one of my favorites Costco's I've ever been to. It's nice and clean. I love how they have their food court outside. No complaints!

Awesome, staff very helpful and polite. Of course a lot of different things that you need at very good prices.

Great prices. Friendly, helpful staff. If you see something you want, buy it as it will often be gone on your next visit. Parking can often be a challenge.

Spinich and green leaf vegetables are old and don't last too long, even though you keep them in the fridge.

Steaming and about the gas station. It took away needed parking. Now I hate going there, because I can't find parking.

This is my favorite Costco by far in San Diego area. Always clean, organized and staff is helpful. Costco gas is at this location, and although it gets a little traffic jammed sometimes because of that, you just know to be aware. Staff is always personable, I really like that in a crazy busy environment they still make the time.

Stood in line for about 15 minutes just to find out pizza was going to take an hour to cook. We left so sad

Judith in the glasses dept is awesome. She made a positive impact on me over 25 years ago with her customer service.it could have been 30 years ago maybe Price Club Days.

Inadequate parking! It is a nightmare trying to get into this place. I feel bad for the surrounding businesses. I would rather drive an extra 10 miles to the Poway location.
