Costco Wholesale, San Diego CA

Who doesn't love Costco. It's all the other shoppers that mess it up. They should shop when i don't need to go.

Food quantities too large in most cases encouraging overbuying, often overcrowded with rude, pushy people. Despite a great return policy they sell a lot of junk products. Many of which aren't for all that great of a price. Purchased 2 laptops one of which the sound didn't work, the other ones hard drive crashed in 3 months. Bought a $300 office chair with 10 year warranty, fell apart in 3. Bought a mattress for over $1000 that sank in the middle in a week. Costco is a highly overrated fad.

Poor customer service, this store staff consistently has no clue where they have moved the items, they even have told me that they do not have an item, and then I find the item. They are not customer focused at all. They only just want to continue there conversations with each other that I evidently interrupted.

Regular shopper. Always find something new I didn't know I needed. Great place to stock up on essentials. Good wines at good prices. Worth the annual membership fee. Only downside.crowds.

Your typical Costco. They got samples, they got a food court, their line for gas is coned off so you gotta enter one way, none of this "cut through the parking lot to get ahead" bull.

I love Costco and this is the one I go to most frequently. Great Costco merchandise at great Costco prices. Negatives are the customer service lines which can be lengthy but thankfully it is rare when I need to wait in that line.

Too many people using the samples as dinner. Spent many minutes waiting for people to get the snack and get on to shopping. Most of them had nothing in their cart except a bunch of wrappers

Terrible gas station attendants. No one one likes waiting in line for gas. But the fact that they just let people cut in the line over by the food court is ridiculous. While sitting sitting in line at least 5 to 10 cars cut in line where they have signs not to enter. When I told the attendant he just laughed. Gotta love that quality customer service!

Just as good as most Costcos. Not too painful on a weekday afternoon. Awesome fresh vegetable section.

Other than the crazy people in line all the associates were very nice and helpful and yummy food too.

The Poway location makes the best pizza. Not sure why, but the other Costcos in the area don't even come close. Perfect ratio of bread to meat to cheese.

Ordered my new glasses today. I'm tired of looking through my scratched up lenses. I am tried of looking through these scratched up glasses.

Very clean and well-kept Costco location! As always with Costco, the parking lot is a nightmare. But, that being said, the staff was friendly and helpful. Don't plan to just go in and out if you are visiting this location. The lines are usually 10 minutes at least.

Can't beat Costco gas prices.

Not happy about them getting rid of the polish dog and the chocolate swirl frozen yogurt...

It's Costco - not much more to say. Crowded, so you need to be patient - but usual great selection of just about everything

I have been shopping here for more than 10 years and never had any issue. Friendly staff and easy returns.even they are helping to load the big items into car/truck.

There isn't much to say about Costco that everyone doesn't already know and that is that it's a great store! Great prices, sample items to try, one stop shopping & return friendly. I did learn from a clerk that if you see a " * " on the top right of the price sign that it means it is a in and out item so if you like it buy it up! When it's gone it's gone. Hope that helps!
