Costco Wholesale, Livermore CA

Super rude, called to verify if a product I've been looking for was in stock and I was hung up on twice, never happened before at any other Costco. Super shocked! Extremely disappointed!

Small. But at least they have gas stations. It's always a great price but always crowded. I'm used to the size of Costco in Sacramento so I'm surprised about how often I go and can't find same items week to week. Example: noodle cups, frozen burritos, chocolate options, etc.

Very big Costco with a huge selection of alcohol. Please note AT&T service at this Costco is extremely poor. You can get very very weak signal through around 1/4 of the store near the entrance and it is dead for the rest of the store. I think Costco could help by offering free WiFi as people might have to call a friend or family member to see what they want, and also access their digital shopping list.

Only went to the gas station and just to get to the structure there was a huge line. Waited like 20 mins. To pump gas. And everything else looked packed. Insane. But I guess it was alright.

Unbelievably crowded, huge headache to find a parking place. So long lines to the gas as well, it overflow out of the wait space. The pump was not behaving well.

This is the only one serving the tri-valley. Gets very busy during weekends. Otherwise a great place to shop.

Big fan of Costco gas! And I like the self-service ordering kiosks for pizza and more at the food court.

Great place to shop for groceries packaged in larger quantities than at regular grocery stores, but at much lower prices.

Whats not to love about costco? I love that so many fun things that i normally wouldnt get to try are at costco. I just had surgery so i cant cook. So we've been buying their home cooked meals!? Very tasty. Mac and chees, chicken pot pie, meat loaf and potatoes. Any thing you need is at costco.

Go early, lines are not long, gas station is almost empty just before opening hours. Friday late afternoon or early evening is the best time of the week to go shopping. Almost no lines when you go check out. Saturday is the worst day, you can easily spend 20-30 minutes in line to pay for your stuff.

Great samples available, you can easily stuff up while shopping.

Lots of organic produce available.

I love Costco! Livermore Costco is great - but - the parking is somewhat disfunctional. I usually go to Danville instead just because I find the parking easier - though I think Livermore is bigger.

One of the slowest checkout lines I've been to at any Costco.also the guys checking the receipts at the exit scrutinize way too Long and there was a backed up line all the way out to the registers.

Love this Costco. Staff is helpful and they are really good at keeping things in stock. And worth the line for the great gas prices:)

The parking situation is terrible! It's always super packed which is not their fault but it is almost always a zoo in there.

I really thought my life was going to change for the better, and good things were coming my way when I bought 10 pounds of baking soda.
I had no idea how wrong I was. Someone should have warned me. Shame on all sides.

Great place to get everything you want and even stuff you don't want. Obviously big bulk but the savings is great. Their gas is probably the best deal in town.
Down side is they are always busy and your 1 hour trip can be 2 in a blink of an eye. But all the Kirkland Products are super high quality in my opinion and you literally can't beat the demos!
Super friendly staff and their Bakery is the best!

There are no other words to describe the Costco experience but GERAT. I started with a hot dog in the food court then proceeded through the store picking up the things I need, which were fresh and plentiful.

I wanted to leave a review for the staff at the Livermore store because they are always friendly and helpful. I especially want to thank Hugo because he went above and beyond with his customer service. He was friendly toward my children and accommodated our needs without question. He provided exemplary service and that really made our day! Please tell him thank you for us!

Best deals on bulk staples. Recommended for families of four or more. But cheap at any angle if it isn't perishable. Supply changes seasonally so check back often. Great pharmacy and eye services also. Highly recommended. Order through instacart and no membership needed plus delivery.

It's Costco, they have a lot of stuff at a good price. I only wish they would rotate their single beer bottles more often
