A nice Costco. Compared to other Costco’s in South Bay this is a much better one. Lot of options and quick checkouts.
I always loved our weekly trips to Costco. Great quality products and excellent services. Parking is tight on the weekends and wait times for gas are longer. We need a costco in Pleasanton asap. This will take some pressure off Livermore branch.
Stock was great, custom service at check out very poor, employees having private conversation in front of customers while checking them out, ignoring customers. No greatings BAD service.
It's got a lot to choose from and most of the time it's fresh. Check dates though, sometimes with the pastries they expire a few days after purchase. At least with my experiences so far. You can get just about anything here.
I am so thankful there will be a Costco opening in Pleasanton. This Livermore Costco is the worst for customer service from the MANAGEMENT/Supervisors, not the general employees. On several occasions I have stood waiting for a manager as I watch them yapping. The big galoof is the worst. He knows who I am talking about. Call and you will wait 15 to 20 minutes to get help. It just sucks. Not all Costco's are this way.
