Overall good experience with my sales guys - Paul and Seth. Both are very nice guys and knowledgeable about the car and the options. Overall I wish that the process of buying a car didn't have to take 5 hours after already deciding on what I wanted! But that is not their fault. More the sales manager/deal desk guys that make it take so long. Overall a good experience though and I'm very happy with my car, Thank you!

Just had our first scheduled maintenance on our used car we bought in December. After some initial confusion on the Certified pre-owned warranty, Justin T.assured us they would honor it and was very accommodating. Service was done when promised and overall, a great experience. We feel Courtesy truly strives to take good care of their customer.

I Love Courtesy Chevrolet! I purchased a vehicle with them sold to me by the best “SOLAN”! I just love this guy. Since then I always receive my service maintenance at that location. I can always depend on ANDY with his awesome customer service to make sure I stay up on the correct services for my vehicle.

I had to repair something with my car engine. Once I got my car out, they repaired my car's engine, but my car's windshield was cracked. They said that they had nothing to do with it. They didn't compensate me for that crack. Save yourself the trouble and go to a dealership that really cares about their customers.

Bought my dream car from Courtesy, 2014 Corvette Stingray Z 51, which turned into a nightmare. Service was terrible. Didnt give me the trade in value we agreed upon, sent my car back to me with the steel belt showing on BOTH front tires (I have pictures to prove it) ended having the car deemed LEMON and GM bought it back

Everyone and everything was great. Checked in with Andy in no time. While my car was serviced I was driven home by Lyft. When the car was ready I was picked up again by taxi and found a serviced and washed car. I am very satisfied, Alida Bracker

Asked that the tires be rotated. Upon picking it up, service advisor said "the tires didn't look like they need to be rotated. " Great. I rotate them by how many miles since the last rotation (as the tire dealer expects). I sent my son to get the car serviced; had I been there would have been very upset (I still am).

I brought my truck in about a year and a half ago cause my power steering was whining so they replaced it with a refurbished one.and a year or so later it’s back to leaking and whining again. So I have to get it replaced. Pretty upsetting that I paid about $700 and it couldn’t even last me 2 years.

I've been having my car serviced here since my purchase in 2012. I have never had a bad experience. Recently went to look at the new version on my car and not only did I not feel pressured, they invited me to bring my dogs to the dealership to ensure they fit comfortably in the cargo area of the modified new version. It wasn't the right fit for me and they even recommended other cars from other brands that have the specs I'm looking for! That is customer service. Kudos
