The service department is awesome. They are proactive and helpful. I had a minor recall on my vehicle and they reached out to me to get my vehicle in. Lisa and Andy text messaged me so we could connect and to give me a way to get scheduled and ask questions. Awesome experience.

Why make an appointment at all? I had a 7: 30 appointment and chose to wait for my car - it is now 11: 00 and I am told nothing at all has been done. I understand it is a holiday week and staff is short so limit the number of appointments. I made this appointment almost 2 weeks ago so it is not like it is a last minute surprise.

Traded in old car and I'm getting DMV letters in the mail about registration issues. Took dealership nearly 3 months to fix issue with car and had to take it back due to poor repairs performed.

Just leased my very first car! A 2017 chevy Malibu hybrid! I got amazing help from staff and especially Roya Akbar, she was an amazing perosn to work with, and she did not make me feel in any way scared or nervous. Always been satisfied dealing with them. Got a lease (2014 Chevy Cruze) from them and a friend said it was a fantastic deal. Decided to buy it and I still take the car there for service. Good people and good service.
If you don't read EVERY WORD of the two foot long contract you may be surprised to see you still owe them money even after you've driven off the lot. They don't disclose this to you but will instead point it out on the contract AFTER the fact. NOT NICE!
Lotta beautiful Corvettes on their lot! Some nice looking trucks as well. But we were there to check out a Suburban. Luke Hopkins was very straight-forward with his information, so we will be back if we can get things together.

Service personnel were quick to attend and get the truck taken to the appointment, and had a great attitude. The Starbucks machine in the lounge is great too.
The only issue, longstanding or ever since I started at this dealership, is the abysmal quality of the car wash. The truck ends up with dirt still on it, not mud or difficult stuff to remove, and always ends up with water spots everywhere as there is no drying.
The service department helped me with everything I needed. My service department representative Mr. Andy Reaves was amazing! He kept me very informed of everything that was happening with the service to my Camaro.
