I see many 5 star reviews, but this was not my experience. If they start giving excuses, know that they're lying.

They were great! I took my old toshiba laptop in to have a hinge issue fixed. They were able to fix my laptop within a day of receiving the parts. I also needed a laptop charger and the owner let me borrow one of his for a few days until I could buy my own on Amazon! They went above and beyond! 10/10!

I am very disappointed by the type of repair service they did to my iphone X. They said it’s free diagnosis but after opening the phone i was charged non-refundable $40 for so-called cleaning even before confirming any damage. After cleaning i was told screen is damaged. They even offered a broken screen for $80 and recommended screen protector for additional $40 which I refused (so funny). After changing the cheapest new screen on the market (as per their words) for $120 again battery damage was diagnosed. I felt like I was in a money trap. I spend $210 in total and after coming back to home I realized the screen is not fitted properly. It still moves up and down seems like something is broken while repairing. Now I realized I should have bought another refurbished iphone X online (for $245 to $315 in amazon and other sites). I recommend everyone to stay away from this place.

Professional, my questions were answered and was told to return by 4: 00. My phone had been repaired & good as new. How ever large or small the repair CPR Cell Phone is honest affordable and dependable.

We've been going to CPR for a couple of years now, for newer phone purchases and repairs. He's very nice, friendly, & knowledgeable.

I needed a new battery for my Samsung Galaxy S8 and Elias handled that for me as well as giving me instruction on backing up my phone using Samsung Smart Switch. He was great!

I am a business owner and I pretty much run my business from my cell phone. Well. This morning I dropped a weight on it during my workout and it completely blacked out my screen. I was able to drop my phone off and have the screen completely repaired and back in business within 2 hours of the time I broke my screen. What a relief! Clean shop, very responsive, top notch workmanship. Everything you should expect from a business. Thank you!

The owner was professional in dealing with clients. But rather they are overprized and not really fixing the problem with the phone. First to change the screen of samsung J7 $100 and then they told me they have to change the battery of my phone Samsung J7 for additional $40. I have paid $140 and the phone is not charging the whole 24hours so I have to return the next morning. They said they change the battery and did not even check if the phone is getting charged or not, I paid extra for nothing. It was not done. The next morning, it was not done, I have to return for another 1 hour and the owner told me it is charging but very slow and he told me he fix it for free, really?
I am not sure if their technician is sabotaging the business and does not have a knowledge of properly fixing phone.
No concern for my time, gas and effort.
I told them to update me with the status of the repair by email and I did not get one.
Now my phone is not fixed properly, and when someone calls me they could not properly hear me.
It is a decent place but your technician in Cypress is sabotaging the business, be sure to make them accountable.

Due to the virus, they shut down. I left my ps4 to be cleaned and diagnosed. They didn't reach out to let me know what happened. Now I don't have my console for God knows how long. They should've at least let me know so I can have my ps4 back. Not sure if I'll come back to this location.

I was more than impressed has CPR rescued my cell phone which by the way was not insured and was about to loose 700 dollars value and CPR Fixed it out! I am grateful for their professionalism

Took my S8+ in for a broken back glass, had it repaired in less than an hour. Great service and relaxed atmosphere within the shop with a comfy couch and professional, friendly service. Def go back.

My Surface Pro 3 screen was shattered and a corner was bent. These guys were able to fix it all at a great price and in a timely manner. Great service.

Did did a great job on my game system they were polite and nice about it and really help me out I had a great experience with them I would really recommend them to friends and family

The worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. They charged me 200 dollars and did not complete the job. So I asked them for partial refund, the old guy with grey hair cursed at me and kicked me from his store. Sad!

Broken screen and back of a Samsung G7 was replaced overnight and the work was done right the first time. Technician noticed that the frame was bent from the impact with a tile floor. That was fixed at no additional charge. I'm very pleased with the quality and the price. I would recommend CPR without hesitation.

Wayne is polite, knowledgeable, and fast. Both of my visits - the first to purchase an iPhone and the second to get small fixes (covered by their free warranty) - were positive experiences. Overall, pleased with my purchase and impressed with CPR’s service.

I would give zero star if there's an option. When I went in, they told me that I only need to pay if they fix the phone. However, after waiting for a few days, they didn't fix my phone. Worse yet, they still charged me even though they didn't fix it! Therefore, their capability of phone repair is questionable. In addition, they don't hold their promises. Go to the store at your own risk.

(This happy approx. 2-3 years ago). Someone else got my phone and contact info.the "repaired" phone that I received does not work. Very untrustworthy place. Regret going there. The person who got my phone contacted me which very much concerned me.

Absolutely love it here I've broken my Iphone 3 times and they are always so helpful and nice love their customer service not to mention the staff their are very helpful and awesome. You wont be dissapointed:)

CPR helped me fix the screen on my Samsung galaxy 5. Even though they were very busy on that day they got it done within 4 hours. Their price was at least $20 cheaper than everyone else I called. Very professional service.
