Even though they do offer console repair they are not good at producing results. Warning they will also alter aspects of your console without consent such as forever keeping certain panels shut so as to not be able to access the circuit boards of the console.

They glued the top panel of my CECHE01 PS3 model without my consent or even a call to ask if they could do it.

I was so grateful they were open on a Sunday, and on a holiday weekend. I was impressed when I called ahead and spoke with a real person. Needless to say when I went to the carrier's store to ask about my options, they all involved upgrades. It wasn't until I asked friends and someone said "just repair the glass" that I even knew this was an option. Love this place and would recommend highly.

I went to get the screen fixed because I broke it, and they fixed it very well. The only thing that bothers me is that the screen keeps popping off even though they said they would use a good adhesive. Not that big of a deal though.

I thought it was cheap. And I was worried. But they are correct below. They shouldn't need your password. Got my iPhone 6 screen fixed and a couple months later, it started to lift. Glad I caught it now before the 6 month warranty.

I am not tech savvy and the employees at CPR are very patient with me, explaining things until I understand it. They provide EXCELLENT customer service. I highly recommend them. They will order parts for you if needed. They charge fair prices. You need your smartphone or laptop fixed? Go to these people.

WARNING DO Not go there, I went to fix my Moto g I paid em and they told me they will fix it, went back again and told me they could not fix it, when I came back to pick it up they told my phone can not be fixed and the owner gave me the worst attitude ever. I will never go there again and I recommend no one to go there, plus the price is really expensive.

I have used CPR in Cypress twice and service has been excellent. They repair my phone while I wait and the price is very reasonable. I love the upfront explanation of the type of repair required and the cost associated with the repair. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

So far, so good. CPR fixed the charging port on my Galaxy tab A, easy fix, $71. Now the camera lens on my Note 4 is broke and the glass over the lens is cracked. Stay tuned.

They blow! Took two weeks to fix my boys iPad. Asian guy doesn't even know what he's talking about. Just don't go here.unless you tryna wait a Millenium for your iPad to get fixed.
