Culligan Water of San Diego

We decided to buy the filter from Culligan in 2014 after years of buying water. LOVE the wonderful water taste (my husband brags to everyone about the taste, he should be a rep for them lol). Although our cooler has now failed, I am sure I will be taken care of when I call in. They have always been great. "Hey Culligan man. ":)

Excellent product lasted over 13 years, now a new more efficient unit. The installer, Chris was outstanding and explained everything. He was quick and efficient.

Excellent review for Dennis Calesa of Culligan water and the installer Stuart. Recently had a system installed at my home in Santee. If you've been thinking about updating your home water with a softener or reverse osmosis drinking water, then you've been waiting too long. $50 a month (a small price to pay compared to bottled water) for a complete system that was installed in a couple hours. Stuart knows exactly what he's doing and is very professional, polite, and clean. Stop thinking about changing your system and GO FOR IT. Culligan is the way to go.

Our 5 gallon water unit after 3 years was not getting cold anymore, its July and hot, our workers wanted cold not warehouse temp water, we called and asked for replacement. They said it would be 1 week when the driver is there next, the person had no care. 1 week with 80 degree water. CANCELED

We have enjoyed the change in taste of water. One thing to remember when doing a full house install. Make sure to keep one outside faucet open for watering plants. We had to have Culligan come out when the plants started dying. I asked my husband about the outside faucet. Culligan came out fixed the issue and we are good to go. It was a good choice for us.

I purchased a home with a Culligan water softener in the home (purchased outright, not leased). Long story short, the Culligan technician came into my garage and removed the power supply box (which cost me $40 to buy on eBay). They have a Key to my garage (which I’ve since removed) and I’ve got them on video coming in and out of my garage and a day later the system was dead. I called them multiple times and they said that they don’t know what happened to the power supply and are not sure why I had bare wires hanging from the system and that I should call my realtor. Meanwhile, they will gladly come out to see what’s wrong for $150 (+ tax and parts) to fix my system (that they broke on purpose). They’re running a shady racket and I highly suggest not using them for anything. I reported them to BBB already and will be leaving reviews on everything that I can to hopefully help others from getting jacked by this shady company.

We purchased a Culligan water softener and have been satisfied with the product. Very happy with the customer service from the start. I haven’t contacted them for a service call since 2016 until a couple of weeks ago. Jessica made sure we were taken care of as soon as it was possible.

THE worst! Started getting deliveries in septemberish and every month there has been an issue with when our water gets delivered.they are constantly changing the delivery schedule and not notifying us.i have 17 bottles in my apartment right now because these people don’t know organization/communication.absolutely horrible, we will be finding another service.poor customer service.so much disorganization.i honestly don’t know how this company is still in business.

I have had nothing but the top service from Culligan Water from Sales to Customer Service. They are very responsive and friendly. They make it easy for me from billing to service. I would recommend them to everyone.

We really like the taste of Culligan water. The delivery service is reliable, the delivery person is always friendly, and the cost of the water is comparable to other companies.

I've used Culligan for over 20 years and they have been excellent in every way. They are quick to solve any and all problems I have had (not many) and I rest better knowing I have healthier water!

Great quality water. It was hard to find a good water carrier after Pureflo closed, but I am happy to say this water is good.

I love culligan i was getting water from a water bottle company pure flo and when sparkletts took over there water tasted like faucet water.some recommended culligan and i have been happy ever since.they go outta there way to help us when we need it.like the commercials say "HEY CULLIGAN MAN ' LOL

They made it effortless to switch my payment method. The woman I spoke with was kind, professional, and efficient. I love how the water taste and I love how easy it is to get new bottles when I empty the old ones. They really do make it all simple.

I am so glad I got culligan water. I was getting extremely sick from the water in my home. Even when filtered. Then when an angel of a salesman showed up at my door I didn't second guess. Its been a year now and have not been sick once! Thank you Culligan!

I truly like the water fresh clean Pierre water. My driver is great always knows his customers as well as there families needs. There price are great. One thing I think they can improve on is if you were to run out of water it takes them a long time for them to see if they can get you some extra bottles they should set up a system in place to help people deliver on other random calls for water other than that I have no complaints.

Great quality of the water. They have a lot of options to fit your wants and with it also being affordable. The customer service we have been receiving has been tremendous and excellent.

The water taste great the service is great people are friendly, how could you ask for more. No more hauling water from the store the car the house cheaper better tasting less pollution, fantastic.

Jessica the office manager never returns calls. We had our system removed from our home and still were getting charged for the service 4 months after. After dealing with not getting a refund now still for over 3 Months from originally calling about the issue and calling consistently after giving the office manager my card number to issue a refund, this company is just ridiculous. The office staff is unorganized and lazy and someone else needs to take over and be in charge and on top of things.
