I cannot get water! THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE. I JUST WAITED 20 MINUTES, YES, 20 MINUTES FOR SOMEONE TO PICK UP-THEY PICKED UP-TOLD ME THEY COULDN'T UNDERSTAND MY ADDRESS AND HUNG UP! THIS COMPANY IS RUN BY PEOPLE WHO COULD CARE LESS.i need water! Pathetic and sad - there are decent people who want jobs-shy not hire them?
where is my review online. I don't see it- I will continue to post all over until i do.

Customer Service's "Michelle" was incredibly proactive in assisting us with our concern regarding the status of our account going forward. Thank you. We are glad we called.

Unable to reach driver by SMS, phone (message box is full). Company did not reply to my emails. They don't provide urgent delivery even for extra fee. Hard to reach customer service by phone.

I have been a customer for almost four years and beginning this year the delivery service has been getting worse every month. My delivery date was supposed be a Monday, I called Tuesday and they said they changed the route and it would be delivered Wednesday. Guess what, it still has not been delivered as of Thursday. I am cancelling my service. When I called customer service, they didn't even care that I wanted to cancel. Goodbye Culligan

I have a reverse osmosis water filter under my kitchen sink. My kitchen is small so I enjoy having the filtered water available through a tap dispenser on the counter no longer needing an additional dispenser or storage for the bottles. The service reps are friendly and careful to check the whole system upon each visit.

Recently switched over to Culligan from Sparkletts. So much more convenient and cost effecient. I am saving about $20 per month with Culligan. And i don’t have to worry about switching the 5 gallon bottles all the time. Ryan was our salesman and he explained everything very clearly and was really nice And punctual to our appointment. I have already referred friends and family members!
