Drug Store CVS reviews
26I've been going there since they opened and my experience there has always been very pleasant the employees are super nice And it's a very clean store. And there pharmacy Had a couple of issues but they resolved pretty quickly
The parking situation needs some help. It's a dingy area and has some loiterers. Otherwise it's as expected.
I stopped using CVS years ago due to their unsympathetic and outspoken comments about my prescribed medication for fibromyalgia, arthritis and bursitis. I've recently been transferred to Beverly Hills and thought the CVS here couldn't possibly be as bad as my past experience. Was I ever wrong. I was told I couldn't fill one of my prescriptions because I was taking it from their other customers, it's ok to fill the others.
This is the best CVS I have ever been to. They have underground parking, bathrooms are always clean and they smell good too. They have a wide variety of snacks, also they have a huge cosmetic selection, you never have to wait in long lines. I LIVE THIS STORE!
At this difficult time, most stores are kind to help their customers. Yet, CVS not only does not try to help more, but also make all sales final and refuse for any return and even exchange! The greed is simply appalling. They should not be in the community.
Purchased 1 package exercise bands, which had already been open with damaged sleeve, and did not notice the fine print for latex content. Store manager strictly enforces Covid-19 no return policy. This CVS new policy only benefits them financially at the expense of the customers. They are profiteering from the pandemic! Go to Rite aid or Walgreen, no more CVS!
You don’t want to go to this store.unless you are looking for an unprofessional services at the pharmacy. Valid prescription but not allowed to deliver the drug? No, you are not willing to visit this permise.
I called to place a prescription at 7: 05 pm 3/10/2020. The pharmacist was "extremely rude and unprofessional", and refused to take a prescription for a patient. I will never refer anyone to this pharmacy. It's shameful for the pharmacy to hire such an unprofessional pharmacist.
Pharmacist was inexperienced and did not find my child’s profile and duplicated it. I was promised that it would be filled in 20 min and many hours later still not done. Delayed care not to mention wasted our time.
Wow. I work at a clinic and needed to call in a new prescription for a client. I was on hold for 20mins the 1st time. Called again and was put on hold 3x. Once I got a person I told her how unprofessional it was to keep people on the phone for more than 5mins. She then said the pharmacist was busy. I understood but was frustrated because I was calling on behave of my boss (Doctor) she then put me on hold again without any warning or anything. Basically hanging up on me after I said I was calling for the doctor. I was then kept on hold for a total of 45 mins EACH time I called. Horrible service I will be reaching out to Corporate to complain
The manager there was so nice. He was very patient with me. I had to care card numbers and he deleted one and updated the other one for me. Every associate that I passed in the store asked me if I needed any help. A nice introduction to Beverly Hills
The new manager Jake is a savior for this location. 6 months ago they were a 1 star. Now a 5 star pharmacy
I got my whole makeup kit here. Staff is awesome. On the way to Nieman Marcus for the rest. Fabulous support.
Service is so slow it takes half an hour to pick up medication. But this place seriously needs to train its staff. I will be switching my prescription location because this is just unacceptable.
The pharmacy management for the past year has let this pharmacy become worse than a dump to quote the last persons review.the pharmacists give incorrect advice and walk around with headsets like im ordering a quarter pounder with cheese.
It's hard to imagine how a national chain like CVS could let one of its higher-profile locations be so poor in every respect.
What a dump of a pharmacy. Completely understaffed. Staff moves around like they wanted to be anywhere but there. I won't be back.
6 people in line and only 1 person at the pick up counter. Service is so slow it takes half an hour to pick up medication. CVS is only good at wasting people's time.
Got to love the drive-thru for the dropping off prescriptions. No one really uses it so it does take time. Store has plenty of free parking in the garage.
If I could give a zero I would. The pharmacists are brain dead, they don't care and are simply lousy. They are rude, incompetent and coming here is absolutely painful. Customer service is horrible. Wait times are long and the staff moves slow as molasses. I hate hate hate this CVS
