26Summer 2016: New Pharmacy Management in place & obvious system improvements greatly improving customer service experience here; yes you'll wait a bit but if you're not a total jerk to them, this team Will Take Good Care of your RX needs! Location is dynamite too.
The pharmacy has me on the phone waiting 20 minutes with no answer. How irritating. They tell me, "it'll just be a few minutes. " 30 minutes later and still no answer. I will be switching my prescription location because this is just unacceptable. Do not send your perscription here. They need to get their organization together because this is just awful-30 minutes just to talk to ANYONE who works there? Not. Okay.
WORST Pharmacy. One guy literally yawned in my face. Hands down the most UN HELPFUL Pharmacy on the planet. The degree of rudeness is SHOCKING. Completely uncaring and unprofessional. It needs a whole new staff
Worst pharmacy ever, old looking store, seriously need to be refreshed and hire new employees. Oh I forgot, and they never answer the phone!
Be sure to call them on the phone if you try to use the drive thru. Called after waiting for a few minutes to a rude response of we didn't hear it. They also refuse to check if they can get things they don't have, they just say we don't have. It's across the street from my office and I have to stop going here.
Possibly the worst CVS pharmacy. Not only it has extremely long wait time, uncourteous stuff, but also they won't transfer my prescription to another cvs pharmacy!
