Dale Hardware Inc, Fremont CA

This is a real hardware store! Reminds me of going to Orchard supply years ago when I was a kid. I really like going here. They have just about everything you need.

I've been living here 20 plus years and it's always the same thing when going into Dale's hardware. As I should have expected their team of associates steadily follow me around the store overly helpful and it's just hard sometimes to deal with. I understand their jobs and what not but you would think after all these years despite what I look like I get a fair shake I'll be followed so much but it lost prevention and associates. Other than that I've always enjoyed going into Dale's hardware because you're truly are a local hardware store I can find things that were manufactured and early 70s that need to be replaced in my home and it's just it's all around inventory that I like. It's almost like a kid in a candy factory with a sweet tooth.

Dale's has been in Fremont for a long time and their employees and their stock tailor well with our community. They have excellent service, very clean store, and know their trade.

Most big box hardware stores, you find a person to help or answer questions. This place is great, someone will see you and come up to see if you need help, answer questions, and know what they are talking about.

This store is closest to my dad's house and I go there when helping him around the house. Always was able to find the necessary supplies and tools. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Very friendly and super knowledgeable staff! Exact opposite of the inexperienced workers you find at most other stores like home depot or lowes. Also the place is very clean and well maintained with a lot of stock.

I far prefer this location to the Lowe's or Home Depot stores. There's just no comparison. It's better run, better support people to help you find things and answer questions, friendlier, more personal. I'm not sure but I think the pricing might be a slight bit higher than you would get it a Lowe's or Home Depot, but if there is any difference you definitely pay for what you get.

Dale Hardware has been a part of my life for the past 43 years. After the store was remodeled and the nursery contained within it's own space, my visits are even more frequent. I genuinely love Dale's mission of helping every customer with the way through the difficulty that brought them to the store.

Huge inventory to satisfy most home improvment or auto needs, customer service could use more help by having multiple associates in each department to help multiple customers.

I love Dale Hardware. I watched them grow from a little Hardware store to the Super store they are now. They have everything you need for any kind of project around the house.

Awesome service. There is always someone available to help you find items in the store. Everyone is friendly. They have a good selection of items. I prefer to shop here over Home Depot and Lowes!

Great place, plenty of selections. Sometimes a little pricey, but most of the time competative with the competition.

Most handymen I know come here cause they have a lot of selections and helpful staff. The prices are higher than most box stores, but the staff advice and front desk help you find the right items fast.

Employees at this store are very knowledgeable and helps a TON! No other store can compete with customer care this store provides.

I like the service provided by the shop. The aisle support is too good. They help you identify the right solutions. I do lot of small maintenance with their help. Recently I replaced my water heater. They were very professional. Make sure you take the broken pieces or picture of what you want to want to repair. I bought some Indian plants like Curry patha and Moringa saplings very healthy and cheap.

Way better then Lowe's and Home Depot when you're not quite sure what you're doing or what it looks like. Love these people and the inventory is always varied. Lots of options.

Convenient location, always polite & helpful. I did some price comparison shopping and found them to be much higher than another local hardware store. I felt taken taken advantage of.
