The store workers there are the most welcoming and helpful I’ve ever seen in any hardware stores, totally beats Lowe’s and Home Depot.

Go-to Hardware store. Mostly great staff. Lumber selection is pretty good, and drive-through loading alone makes it worth driving past Home Depot and Lowe's.

Big hardware store. I went there for keys manually made. The other stores only have computer made machine that will not work for me

Great service! If the person you ask doesn't know then they direct you to the person that knows the answer. Great teamwork here!

Good hardware store. I go there for nursery stock and garden supplies. I do find that they frequently have demonstration in front of their store of various products. I am able to find quality Craftsman tools for use at work. I do enjoy that they have a loading service for heavier items in the lot!

A Fremont community fixture with A thru Z product. A big store with a small town feel, where all staff are eager to help you find even the smallest piece of home maintenance hardware. If there are 'how to' questions you can always find the right store expert, leaving one with a much more satisfying experience when compared to the big box chain hardware store.

Dale Hardware has been around all my life as far as I may remember, and this is a top notch hardware store.
I have made countless visits for tools, hardware, plumbing, gardening and to have keys made.
Car chip keys are made while you shop, and Dale guarantees their keys to properly fit any lock that the key is copied for.
They will also order special items for you.
This is the BEST Hardware store I have ever ecperienced with a friendly staff.

Well organized, clean, very broad selection and helpful staff. Even if it costs more to shop here, it's worth it because you're more likely to find what you're looking for. If you're a local and can visit easily when you please, and you're a member, you can wait for coupons and special offers and whatnot to arrive in the mail, plan a day to do one big shop there on a weekend, find a lot of things you might need to stock up on, and save a bit of money.

Very knowledgable sales people and it is easy to find them. Just the opposite of my experience at Home Depot. I do handyman work in various locations, so i see a lot of hardware stores. Except for lumber, Dale’s is one of the very best.

I love this place - best hardware store I have ever used. The staff is always ready to help. They are experienced and can frequently give me suggestions and even better solutions to my project or repair tasks.

A great store. Big selection. I have been coming here for years. The staff is very knowledgeable and has great advice to help you get what you want. Most of the time they will ask if you need help before you go looking for someone. I have not seen any other store like Dale. You'll save time and frustration if you go to Dale first.

I have been going to Dale Hardware for 30 years and the reason is helpful service with a smile. I can always find someone to offer information, advise and instruction in all the departments which is incredibly rare these days. You can bet I will return whenever I have a need for light bulbs, general hardware or garden supplies. Here's one of the beauties I picked up today.

Dale is a decent quality local hardware store. The prices are generally a little higher than Home Depot or Lowe's but the quality is generally a little better too. Dale has some things that I can't find at the others such as elbow length leather gloves. I've been planting tomatoes recently and Dale has a much better variety. Home Depot customer service has gotten better in the last several years but I would still give the edge to Dale.

This is THE BEST hardware store I have ever seen. Knowledgeable staff, always available, and the most comprehensive and well organized selection of product. Dale Hardware supports the community and provides great recycling services.
