Service was so shady.went to buy a over the stove microwave, but salesman was not helpful.won't be back.

Raymond was an absolute delight. Very helpful and definitely knowledgeable about the products in the store.

Worst place to shop ever. First they broke the bed before it was delivered and said it would come a week later. I received no call and called them to find out now it is on back order and would be delivered today the 19th and again received no phone call and called today to find out it's going to be another week. I called the manager he said he would look into it and call me back and that was at 11am it is now almost 2pm and I haven't received a call back just like he did the on the date that they said it would be delivered. They are very unprofessional and haven't even offered any type of compensation for the inconvenience due to them braking my furniture before it was ever delivered. Will never shop at this store again.

DO NOT COME HERE! THE SALES PEOPLE WILL BE NICE AND LIE JUST TO GET THE SALE! The drivers were horrible! They left the couch pieces uneven and when I called them to come back because the couch couldn't recline all the way, the said I was tripping and that there was enough room! They said for my husband to do it. I'm a single mom! And then they said for me to do it when they knew I was injured! The couch is damn heavy and now I have to wait 3 days for them to come to fix the couch!

I would give 0 stars if that was possible but this place is HORRIBLE! I made my purchase $900 on 6/24/2020 it’s been an entire MONTH no updates nothing! I was told supposedly in 2 weeks from the purchase date I could pick up my order never received a call. Every single time I call and eventually get transferred to the store they never answer their phone! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and if I don’t hear anything by the end of the month I will sue and make sure I get my $900 back waste of time and money. Don’t shop here ever! Lesson learned

Lots and lots of beautiful furniture to choose from, plenty of employees to show you around, very clean place, and the whole staff is professional.good place to take the family shopping, many different ways to finance your needs

Didn't find what I was looking for. Went to browse gas dryers. Decent selection, but no purchase. Staff was helpful and friendly, not pushy.

Please make sure that your purchase is actually complete. They double sell stuff and whoever gets there first gets their order complete. We bought a 2 piece sofa set and when we went to pick up, only 1 couch was available. Had to go back and settle with the display couch to complete our order. Absolute disaster of a service. Wasted time for less than expected. It's too bad but I guess that's why their price was where it was compared to other furniture stores. We shopped around.

Save your money and do NOT buy from here.horrible customer service an misinformation. We ordered a sectional and ottoman. First we were told a delivery date that never came and in turn we were the ones that had to contact them. Instead of a rep helping us we got passed around to 4 different people who ended up telling us our rep in not available. Our rep calls us back next day and tell us the sectional we ordered was put as the display. Okaaaay, But he then said that they had the same sectional with the chaise on a different side. We were ok with that. We go to pick it up then they tell us our ottoman is not there and wont be there until August! I understand mistakes happen but seriously no apologies, no common courtesy of informing us, we had the to be the ones searching for answers. Please buy somewhere else.

I want to say I would never by anything from that store I spend over 50.0000 thousand Dollars are all the furniture that I got was knot good and went you call them about it they all ways come up with BS and the warranties that you get and you just spend your money for nothing because they do not help you’re gone post the couch I got for my daughter look what happened to it and this the Second time I have got couches for her at the first one broke this is the second one I have got bedroom sets and everything and the wood look like they have refurbished it Pay attention to the stuff that you buy from now wait a couple days and look at the results seven

This is a really nice furniture store and they have lots and lots of people to assist you. This is a welcome sight. Thanks Daniel's for putting you customers first. As I walked through the store I was amazed at the selection they offered. I am sure you could find exactly what you are looking for and the prices are amazingly reasonable. I am not sure how they do it, but it is great to see.

Purchased a sectional and in less than a year it fell apart. All three recliners on the sectional broke in some area. It was even delivered with a broken arm rest! Worst purchase ever! Will never shop there again!

I really couldn't find anything that I wanted there but their prices was okay the furniture was a little dark and gloomy in there for me

Their furniture and electronics comparable to Ashly in quality and pricing too. Will probably give credit better than them too, with a lot better customer service too.

Overpriced for the quality. If you miss a payment they will go to your place of employment and demand payment. But on the flip side ANYONE can get credit here.

I bought a set of sofa fron this place and they sold me extended warrenty for 5 years. After 2 year it was falling apart and i called tge socalled warrenty they were saying its not covered. Its Highway robbery. They are ripping off people. Dont go to these cheap places to buy furniture. Its waste.

Pretty big warehouse, although the items on display looked like clearance. Some items were half sold, and for some there were no option than the displayed item which looked worn.

Horrible don't buy. They screwed up on my delivery twice. Going to buy my furniture from a good place.

Really Bad service here I just purchased a washer and dryer. And a month later it didn't work anymore and they will not replace it. It took over four months to have this issue fix. If I would of known this store would have given me issues a would have not purchased anything. Never again am I buying here again.

The prices are very competitive and The over the phone service is very professional. I placed an order on Thursday & it was ready for pick up by Tuesday. Pretty fast in my opinion. They helped me load it in to my truck and when I got home I was very pleased with the quality of the mirror.
The reason for 4 stars is because no one called me when it was ready for pick up, I had to call in. & it's not made clear where will call is in their warehouse.
