Pros: Clean store and a variety of furniture and home furnishings.

Cons: Bad customer service, some of their furniture are very bad quality, and their prices are high, and their interest rates are ridiculously high.

Terrible customer service and really bad furniture quality. They sold me a 500 dollar insurance for the furniture that I bought and is completely garbage. I hope that they read these comments, I'm still waiting for my claim to be attended.

Do not come here I REPEAT DONT COME HERE. Intrst rate so high. Furniture so expensive & cheap. People are pushy as soon as u walk in. And I get it they’re trying to make money but respect your customer. Your forced to get warranty for your stuff & paying for it. Just go to a swampmeet save money believe me. If I could go back in time I honestly would.

So far the experience here is been really amazing, the quality of the furniture is variable depending on what would you like to buy. To those people with bad experiences please take 2 minutes to read all the notes and description on the tags of the items before you buy it it explains what you buy same for the appliances dont buy something because it looks nice but instead read and ask question over question. And if you complain about prices is a commission store they need to make profit for the item also make your payments on time that is why most of the people complain about interest. One more thing they are sells people a simple no thank you or no I'm not interested works lol learn to speak up then come here to review your experience:)

I don't like how they attack you when you come in. Some of there staff have over powering perfume which makes me want to run away, BUT the sales rep we got; Tim was very very helpful and patient with us. We only see him when we come in.

Worse place ever! Never purchase anything from here! Its bad quality, super pricey, and the customer service is horrible

Bought some couches spent about $1500 just the couches and it was bad quality since day one i had problems with my couches. Its been 1yr and a half and my couches had peel and one seat broke. I will never shop here again, if your looking into buying furniture dont buy it here you will only spent more money on the long run.

We received our Hughes chair in February. We love it so much that we are now going to order another to go with it. Nice and roomy - looks great in our space.

DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE.
PRICES ARE HIGH, BUT THE QUALITY OF THEIR MATERIAL IS REALLY BAD. AFTER A WEEK WITH THE BED, IT BROKE, THEY REPLACED THE HEADBOARD BUT I HAVE TO BE REALLY CAREFULL OR WILL BREAK AGAIN. ALSO WHEN THEY GIVE U THE PAPERS TO SIGN, THEY ADD MORE FEES, THEY DONT CARE TO EXPLAIN THINKING THAT U WONT NOTICE, U HAVE TO PAY ALMOST $300 EXTRA IN CASE THAT U LOOSE UR JOB AND WONT BE ABLE TO PAY THEM. AND EVEN IN THE PAPER SAID ITS OPTIONAL, THEY SAID THAT U HAVE TO. I WONT MIND PAY IF THEIR QUALITY WERE GOOD, I GUESS THE SWAPMEET HAS BETTER FURNITURE. THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE FAKE, PEOPLE FROM THE STORE.
