Dave & Buster's, Los Angeles CA

Never been to the establishment before and this was my 1st time being invited to this particular location and being in a Dave & Buster's period. There was a large party of us maybe 7 plus. Went to the bar and ordered a drink the server was all over the place. My party had been waiting for about 10 mins to place a drink order he gave them menu's left said he'll be right back and went to the other side of the bar to assist other customers rather than servicing us. He then came back 5-6 minutes later trying to rush us to place our orders. He finally took my order. I ordered a strawberry mango margarita blended with a sugar rim. He brought my change and I then asked for a glass of ice water he said just a moment. Someone else in my party also was ordering a drink and he fixed it and sat it in front of her. She was talking to another guest there at the establishment and I guess Nesly the waiter was getting irritated because she was talking and he was waiting on her form of payment. He then said rudely and loudly your total is 5 and some change I forgot the amount. When my person in my party took out the money to pay for her drink he snatched it from her and walked off. I then turn to her and say did he just snatch your money from you and she looked at me with a disgusted look and said he did. He then brought her change and I said excuse me Nesly you forgot my water. He ignored me so that was a total of about 10 mins that I had been waiting on a glass of water after I ordered my drink. He bounced around to every section in the bar but made sure to avoid us even after I called him by his name. There was a gentleman washing the glasses out who observed everything that went on and I asked him what was our servers name was it nesly. He then said yes and shook his head about the situation because he could see that I was beyond irritated at this point. So after almost 20 mins of waiting for a glass of water I asked another server by the name of Dericka to please give me a glass of water. She quickly gave me a glass of ice water and went back to cleaning the bar area. For this to be my first time at this location it not only made me not want to come back it actually made me want to tell my party we all wanted refunds and to go some place else. I also will be calling the manager to address my concern. If you go to this particular location please do not let Nesly service you. I would gladly ask for Dericka as she was not only pleasant but courteous and fast with service. She was very attentive to my concerns.

We had a blast. This location is smaller than ones I've visited but it was still a blast. The ordering was done strictly on the phone which I didn't necessarily mind. It was not overly crowded and we played for hours.

It was June 11,2021 (graduation day) so it was understandably packed. Some games weren't in service. The womens bathroom had a broken diaper changing table. If I hadn't brought my boyfriend with me I would've had to wait in a long line at the family restroom just like the other women. The womens restroom was very dirty.

Everyone else in my party complained their food was either dry, salty, or overcooked. Mine was too, but the second dish I ordered was a lot better. Wait staff is kind, arcade is good.

There wasn't a ton of options for lunch. They server quickly suggested we order via the bar scanner so there was no real interaction with her. The food was average and options were limited. The building and games were great.

Had a great time. It was so fun, Dave & Buster's was the best. I would definitely go again.

This place was fun we Dave & Buster's but they said it was closed played some of the arcade games first time I Dave & Buster's.

During brunch hours the kitchen delivers food from Dave & Buster's, which is delicious. Otherwise the bar food and drinks are pretty basic but the atmosphere is the most fun during Dave & Buster's season to see all the Sunday ticket games.

This is a cool place when ur on Market St area. Bring ur friends or date, play board games or arcades, drink and eat some. Or to kill time as u pass by. Cant wait to go again.lets play!

Italian grinder with extra Dave & Buster's on the side. Their spicy wings are pretty good also. My husband ordered the meatball sandwich & we ordered the company pizza which is equivalent to the works. The pizza was ok, we enjoyed the sandwiches and wings. Fast service on a Sunday afternoon around 3pm

This Dave and buster's is pretty clean. The food was pretty good and the drinks were tasty! Almost all of the games were working. I believe maybe just one of the games wasn't. I definitely enjoyed my time at Dave and buster's. Would highly recommend it to anyone!

Great waitress Stacy, very kind and friendly. Very low key and a good time. Great tasting beer on tap.

Drinks are good, prices are good, service is well. Food is average. A great way to spend the night!

The place is on construction, but the place looks ok the games are good the pricez are much better, but the food is not that good, the food is not like the menu.

Closest place with a DDR machine. That being said, the place should invest in some more rhythm games.

Did the Connections Academy meet and greet for my daughter to meet other parents and the staff. This is by far one of my favorite Dave and Busters.

I have been year on Dec 2012 and enjoyed a lot Spend a whole afternoon here and it the really best place for hangout

People that works there doesn't do much to prevent people safety. One of the game cut me on my hand. They don't tape or wires and parts are too faulty and loose that's why I got cut.

Courtious staff, clean facility, and a variety of games ranging from classics remakes to new releases. You do run out of momentum fairy quickly with how much each play eats up along with each game lasting two minutes.

Had a great time.some of the machines where broken but we asked for help and the guy tirelesly tried to help us out. It was clean. The food needed seasoning but it was ok. The waiting staff needed constant reminders.
