Could have taken my drink order a little faster but ones they finely got into me everything was fast and food was good

Tables were sticky. The games are expensive, and you don't get much for your money. Service was just okay.

Decided to come here after work with some friends. Took 30 minutes to bring out chips and guacamole dip. I asked for one beer and never came. I asked 3 times to 3 different servers and it never came. One simple beer. Meanwhile multiple employees fooling around laughing and not doing their job. What a joke their service is. We decided to leave. Not recommended. The one in Northridge is better.

Wednesday's are good to go because of the games promo. They seemed to be short staffed. The tables were dirty. It took 15 min.minimum for our table to be cleaned. We had to find someone to take our order. The food did not come out all at the same time. We had to cancel 2 orders because we never received them and we were leaving. However the food we did receive was really good. Good thing the plates are made to share. The tots were my fave.

Maybe once the renovations are done things will improve. The booth we sat in needed attention even after someone "cleaned" it, silverware was dirty, my 10 year old was given a drink containing alcohol when I specifically asked for a non-alcoholic. Food arrived to our table cold, they were out of ice tea? Entrees were just ok. Needless to say our dining experience wasn't great.

Always fun. Drinks are amazing and the happy hour prices are unbelievable Family friendly and good prizes to redeem.

Great place to take your kids to eat and play. But also a great place for drinks, appetizers, and food for adults.

I came as part of a group for a wrap party. They were super attentive to our group, but THE GAMES ARE THE DRAW. We had so much fun! I lost every dang time except for skee ball and trivia. 4 person air hockey, Mario Cart, and all the arcade games.we had the best time, for sure we will be back.

Glad to know arcades aren't dead yet. Brought back good memories of having fun with friends at the arcades.

This was my first time at Dave & Busters. Happy with service, associates helpful and friendly. The place was clean.

Horrible Service. Rather waste my money somewhere else. Dave and Busters are too expensive for the little things they offer.

I like this place very much. I bring my kid and after we eat we jo to the games and espent a quality time

I will never go back there again. The place is so nasty thugs be there not a nice place to take the kids. The manager was hard to find, I wanted to eat and it took them an hour the floors were dirty and the tables. Please don't go there

Asked for a table for 20 people and wait time was 2 hours, we played for those two hours and they told us it was going to be another 45 minutes after the 2 hours were up, it was about an hour in reality before they texted us that our table was ready, we showed up to ask for our table and they told us they gave our table to someone else, they said we took to long to show up but they themselves told us we have 10 minutes to claim our tables and we were there 9 minutes from when we received the text, I even showed her the time we received the text and the time it was, she said her tablet said it was longer than 10 minutes when it wasn't true at all, we decided to leave the place and go eat somewhere else because the kids were really hungry from all the playing, talked to the manager before leaving and he apologized and said there was no excuses for the way they served us, he offered us 5 $25 dollar game cards for the next time we decided to come back, the manager was nice but the girl in the front needs to get fired and find a new job asap, no excuses for her horrible service.

My food order was simple no sauce on the cheeseburger sliders and extra pickles order cane with sauce sent back it came back cold! The manager comp the meal I was still hungry, oh I got a very nice apology. Understaffing seem to be the problem on a busy day

Waited more than 15 minuets to get food service and still no help so left to eat somewhere else, really really bad service

Never come here, place is too crowded and are underemployed, they gave our table up after we nearly waited for 3 hours, they lied about us getting there too late when we have a total of 10 minutes to claim our table and we were there before 10 minutes after all that waiting they didn't give us our table, I believe the hostess was being racist towards us and just decided to give our table away without a valid point, never come to this place people do yourself a favor trust me, this place is garbage.

First time coming here and it didn't leave a good impression on me. The hostess was rude, didn't ask us for our name to write down, I had to ask her. The waitress was nice but didn't really listen to us. We canceled a plate and she still brought it, she never asked us for refills and after 15 minutes of eating she was rushing us for the check. It seems it needs more employees. Floor was dirty and tables as well.
