Elias at Diablo Subaru was our sales representative back.in November when we bought our first Subaru Legacy. An absolute pleasure in spending thousands of dollars. We never felt being sold, rather a great buying experience. We naturally went back in January and bought our first Subaru Outback. We had an equally if not better experience. Thank you Diablo Subaru

My engine smelled of oil so I brought my car in and they were wonderful. Everything was under warranty, they gave me a great Outback for a loaner car and now my car is fixed and running great. The team is super nice.

[Post edit] Less than a week later I realized my car still smelled. I opened the hood and sure enough - the part that I went in for originally was never replaced. It still had the oil around it. I had to bring the car back and have it fixed again, ruining a weekend. On top of that instead of just owning up to it and apologizing, they gave me some story about "a small stone was in the part when they installed it", which doesn't even make sense. Their trained technicians wouldn't notice if something didn't screw on easily? I won't be going back there, and I recommend you avoid it as well.

Shame. The team was nice.

It was great service, I go back every single time. Customer service means a lot to me and they have a lot to give. It kind of feels like family when I go in.

I'm brand new to the Subaru world and have driven the Outback for only a few miles but so far I am completely satisfied with the car. The sales experience was a positive one, the car feels solid and is a dream to drive. When it comes time for service, I am confident that I will be well taken care of.
