Discount Tire, San Diego CA

My wife’s car had a nail in her tire and they were able to switch it for a spare and ordered the replacement tire. A couple of days later they installed the new tire and we were good to go.

My wife had taken the car to another tire shop in the area first and they basically tried to scare her into leaving the car at the shop without even looking at it or doing anything to help. Kudos to Discount Tire staff for help getting our only car back on the road!

I had a an AWESOME and PROFESSIONAL experience at theRancho Penasquitas Discount Tire Location! I went to just get my tires checked and ended up getting a new set if Pirelli tires. Great deal too! The whole team was very professional from the the manager to the staff who I observed. They worked liked a NASCAR Pit Crew! Clean shop and in avd out on a Saturday afternoon in 45 minutes!

Very knowledgeable and courteous folks.
I just dropped in, no appointment and they fixed me up while I waited

Excellent service, I just walked in to buy 4 tires, immediately less than 2 hrs they finished the service without making any appointment. Also, they speak Spanish language.

I rarely write reviews but I have to write a review for this Discount Tire. I’ve been going here since I first started driving since I was 18 and customer service has always been amazing, they are very thorough with you and make sure your tires are in top notch condition. Jason helped me and his service prompted me to write this review as he was professional and extremely thorough and knows what he is talking about. I highly recommend coming here for all your tire maintenance and needs.

It was very easy to fix my flat tire at this discount tire. Andy helped me decide on tires for my car. He walked me through options and pricing. Overall, great service!

Recently ordered 4 tires through them. Service was great they ordered the tires I needed and called me when they had them. I then scheduled an appointment and they got my work done within an hour and were very easy to deal with. Quite happy with how the whole experience went.

My favorite tire place. Very good service. Great options. I end changing my tires every 2 to 3 years. I ways end getting lot of the money back for milage warranty and end up paying half the price for new tires.

Best part is rotation and balancing is done in a reasonable time. Costco is terrible in this arena. Also service sucks at Costco. Discount tires is way better

Service does vary a bit by who you are taking to. But rarely I felt I didn't get a good deal.

One thing always bothered me that their warranty does cover replacing a pair if you get one of your tires flat. You can't replace just one tire, ideally. I wish they will give you back prorated value for the one good tire that need replacing in this case.

Andy is the man! Awesome customer service skills. I’m not from this area, but I definitely am going to come here if I have any tire/wheel needs. He’s amazing at explaining things we didn’t know & he helped us find an affordable price for some tires. Thank you Andy for the amazing service <3

I went here to replace out of round tires that were purchased there. I had bought the full replacement warranty for all four. Manager Dennis tried to tell me that the tires were normal but they were visibly not normal. I will try another store to get the proper replacement for the garbage that this store sold me.

I bought my tires here. These guys rotate my tires free. Yesterday my tire was going low and I saw a screw stuck in my tire. DT fixed it for free and resealed the other 3 tires just 4 GP. Next time I need tires I am coming back.

Can't recommend this place enough. When I first came here a few years ago, I didn't expect much from a chain called "Discount Tire", but man was I surprised. The staff is always exceedingly friendly and they do a great job. I plan on coming here anytime I need tire services in the indefinite future

Good at selling stuff, comes across very friendly till your faced with a problem. Bought tires which got cupped in less then 10000 miles. Didn’t cover the warranty.
