Tire patch running late to work. Was ignored by staff Arcee and Kyle as if I wasnt there. Was helped by zach who apologized and got me right in. Fantastic attitude did a great job winning me back.

One of the tire of our car got punctured and they fixed it for free. We were not aware about this policy of Discount tires. So happy with their service. Employees were very friendly, will definitely give them 5 stars.

I love this Discount Tire location exclamation we are extremely friendly, professional and helpful. I have always gotten the tire warranty, and it has more than paid off. They are friendly and professional, even when I just need air in my tires or to have my tires checked.if I need actual work done, I can use the wifi in the lobby while I wait. 'Great Tire Place!

Following an incident of vandalism to my tires, Clay was incredibly kind and understanding from the moment I called the store seeking guidance until I checked out. I was overwhelmed and in absolute shock and Clay went above and beyond to help me navigate my situation, offering different options. I am extremely grateful. The customer service that Clay provided was amazing! It confirmed that good people do exist. I left feeling way better than I did when I checked in. Thank you!

Been here a couple of times and I can't say I'll return; The prices are competitive but that's where it ends. As a disclaimer, I rotate my tires myself because this place takes hours to do simple tasks such as this.

The first time I went there, I had a tire in mind for my hot hatch, made an appointment but still waited an hour because they don't honor appointments. The salesmen insisted that their custom Continental tire had better tread wear and performance which at the time I didn't do enough research and believed the salesman. Very wrong because they wore out in 30k miles when they're supposed to last 65k, I should have known not to put an all season tire on a hot hatch and the sales rep should have informed me of this as well. From reviews of the tire I originally wanted it would have performed much better. I think the sales guy got more of a commission or something like that for it. On top of the waiting and bad recommendation, they didn't even have the fourth tire in stock and had to order it which left me with three new tires and one old tire for a couple of days which was a very weird handling experience.

The second time I went was to replace the preemptively worn tires for a pilot super sport. They good thing is they they prorated my tread-life for the old tire. This is my only good experience.

The third time I went in, I had them patch a hole in my tire made by a screw. Because I knew they took forever to do simple tasks, I pulled the tire myself, slapped on the spare and dropped it off. It was relatively close to closing so they told me they'd have it ready by the next day.sure. I come by the next day to pick it up, took it home, and then replaced it once again because they would have taken hours to put it back on. Upon re-installation, I noticed they changed the valve stem cap from my pretty chrome one to a basic plastic one, which isn't a big deal but now I had one completely mismatched cap. I went back to the store and indicated this to the reps which he claimed it was "common practice to throw those away when they patch tires" I know they pull the valve stem but it doesn't make a whole lot of sense to throw a non-plastic cap away. I ask them politely to either replace the one or replace all four because they lost it. The guy disgruntle-ly goes in the back and finds the exact they "threw away" after ten minutes in the back, goes out to my car and half ass unscrews the plastic stem cover and screws in my old one.

I get the impression they treat all their customers are incompetent and they "know best".

Veey friendly and neighborly fixed a nail in my tire for free and last time i was here i was low on money and they gave me a free used tire to get me back to work always been courteous

They are always so helpful, and you can get some good tires at good prices when you look for a sale. I just went in to rotate tires and they patched a nail for free. Always have complimentary water. Communicate very clearly.

Discount tires is a great place to get tires for your car. I have been a customer for many years and so far I am extremely happy with the
customer service. The service is impeccable that's one of the things that keep me coming back to discount tires.

Did a free repair. Very good to us as we waited during the thxgiving sale. We had free water chips soda and candy. I buy all my tires at discount because of the great customer service.

Clay was so helpful and RC are awesome staff.they let you feel welcome especially being so naive with tires they guide you all the way. Highly recommended!

Convenient location off of the 56 in Rancho Penasquitos. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff with good deals on a wide range of tires. Free air check and flat repairs. Free rotation and rebalance if you've bought tires there before. Fast service with a comfortable waiting room.

Fantastic customer service. Bolt removed from tire and puncture repaired quickly and professionally, for no charge at all! Highly recommended. Will definitely visit again
