21 Horrible! Went with my son to get a sore throat checked. Was told two hours. That was fine until they call in an hour and let us know there ready. Of course this is great until you realize they just lied to you to make sure you wouldn’t leave we ended up waiting another hour and a half I made a phone call and asked what was going on.
45 minutes after they said they would be outside to get us they told us they would only be a few more minutes of course no apology nothing of the sort just hurry up and wait… We ended up getting so frustrated we left without having any appointment they should pay us for our time! We will never go back and we hope you don’t either! If they could only be honest from the start we would be fine with that but they have to lie to be sure you won’t leave I guess because that’s how desperate they must be! I hope this review was helpful in you making a better choice to find another provider who might care!
