I highly advise avoiding this place. Two out of two times were a negative experience. The first experience is when I called & asked if they carried a certain product and if they did, asked if they had it in stock. The person who I was speaking with over the phone went to go check & told me that they did. When I got to the store, the clerk showed me the product & it was a different product than what I asked for. They apologized & I had to go somewhere else to get it. Tonight, I called to ask a simple question and the clerk named Aaron was being as difficult & unhelpful as he could've been. He argued with me and combatted everything I had to say. I went in the store, and of course, we spoke & he told me "with 3 business hours left", they could not help me until tomorrow. So, all in all, I wasted my time, effort & money both times I tried to visit this store experiencing extremely poor customer service. Not to mention, when I expressed the lack of customer service concept to Aaron in person, he replied with "I'm not in customer service, I'm in service. " I won't be back.

I was unsure about this place based on previous reviews, but needed to have my computer evaluated for a potential repair. I made an appointment via the Apple store website and arrived on time. The friendly staff I spoke with was able to give me a printed quote for the repair materials and labor within 5 minutes of looking at my computer. I opted not to have them perform the $150 diagnostic on my machine. I will update this review if I use them for the repair.
