My wife and I moved into Eaves Pacifica after a cross country move from Maryland, and the Eaves leasing office staff made it as smooth and seamless as a cross country move can possibly go. I LOVE living here, and the office staff is incredible. Rudy was our main point of contact, and he made our experience the best it possibly could have been and more. He went above and beyond to help us get moved in and settled following a crazy cross country drive. We love living here because he also goes the extra mile to do awesome resident and community events. He is one of the reasons we fell in love with this apartment community, and we plan to stay for awhile and renew our lease for so many other reasons. Maintenance staff is AMAZING, so nice, so quick and attentive. Neighbors are all great - considerate, respectful, but also very chill. I’m so happy we chose this complex to move into. I lived in an Avalon once before in Virginia, but this one takes the cake. Thank you Eaves for such a positive move-in experience, and shoutout to Rudy for making everything so efficient and easy. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to move to the Pacifica area.

Maintenance requests are always prompt. Kevin recently did great job with fixing door lock issues, sink replacement, few other minor fixes.

We are also thankful for the living window patio door replacement.

I've been living here for more than two years, the maintenance team is really helpful. Especially JoJo, he is always friendly and efficient.

Friendly Staff, great customer service specially from the maintenance department Kevin DeSouza is an outstanding and professional person that takes care of all service requests in a timely manner.

We have lived at Eaves for over 5 years now. The maintenance team is always responsive and top notch! Over the years, especially during Covid, there seemed to be some high turnover in the Leasing Office. However, the recent addition of Rudy has made life so much better at Eaves. Whenever there is an issue, whether it be parking, noise, or something else, he listens to you, takes you seriously, and actually addresses the problem. It's been a while since we have had that kind of responsiveness at the Leasing Office, and we simply love it. Avalon Bay, you MUST keep Rudy right where he is, the residents really appreciate him.

Thank you to the staff and especially JoJo from maintenance. They always get my service request done right away. They always follow up. I feel a lot better knowing that I have a team that really cares.

I have lived here for 4 years now. I love my apartment, the grounds and the maintenance Dept. The office personnel turn over quickly, but are nice and helpful. Highly recommend. Warning - this is a HUGE corporation and your rent will be raised each and every year!

The maintenance team here is really great, especially Kevin. At least twice he has really saved us. One time I lost my keys on the beach, and he met me ASAP after hours to let me back into my apartment. Then, my dishwasher stopped working. He was there the next business day with a new dishwasher to replace it with. He is also kind and professional, and the work he does is very good!

Eaves Pacifica was a wonderful place to live! Our time was cut short, but while we were here the maintanence people were absolutely amazing! They were attentive, were always willing to help in a timely and efficient manor and always greeted us with a smile. Everyone in the front office were wonderful! Upon our move out, they filled our apartment right away, helped us with all of our move out questions and made the process of our move in and out a breeze! If you have a pet (or not) I would definitely recommend this complex. It is well maintained and very animal friendly!

We really enjoy living at this community. The maintenance team is very helpful and friendly! KEVIN has been doing our maintenance for a while now and we feel safe and comfortable after his services. Our lease is almost up and due to the great service we feel positive to renew.

We recently moved in and have been received with great care especially from Madison, Kevin and Jojo, who have been extremely attentive and responsive to our needs.

Kevin D.has been such an amazing help. He is courteous, friendly, and very responsive. His experience in this field and the quality of his work has also been refreshing. Overall, we trust him in our home and are confident that our needs will be taken care of! It's always a pleasure to see Kevin.

I have been at eaves about 5 years I believe. The staff here is awesome, the maintenance guys are always around to get things fixed in a timely manor!

I have been at Eaves Pacifica for almost a year now. Anna the community supervisor has been so kind, helpful, and respectful. She always helps me whenever I have a question or run into a problem. She’s great! In addition, the entire maintenance team is always on top of my work orders for my home. I think this community has been the most maintained place I have ever lived in. Most residents are usually kind and respectful to me. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else!
