This place is a scam. The complex workers will lie straight to your face, especially Anna. She will give you the runaround and has no idea how to do her job, and has no problem lying to you over and over. The only good people is the maintenance team, especially Kevin he's a really good guy.
The utilities fees for trash/water/sewage add up here A LOT so be ready for that, add at least $170 per month to your rent price.
For the price, especially with the added fees you're better off elsewhere. In addition for the price the buildings are old, no renovations on the inside to cabinets or any appliances. Super old looking run down interior and for the price you can get way better. SAVE your money and headache and don't rent here
