This is the worst ever community i have seen. They will give lot of flexible option for us when we enter the community when we leave the community they change the option according to their wish and charge us loads. The paint in the shelves will never ever dry so that if we place the shelf sheets they will get stick and while leaving they charge us for that, pest control will be just an option in a paper they never attend, i don't know what is included in cleaning according to them. They mentioned about mandatory cleaning charges and now they mention that is an optional thing after the payment, again charged me for bath tub glazing and cleaning of extra$. I have lot more in list, Giving one star is not even worth for this they are the best in changing the words n terms and charge us and make money.

Jonathan is such amazing manager. He is so friendly and made our living experience at Eaves enjoyable, As we are moving up north we will always thinking of the great times and events we shared at the community

I've been living here in Eaves for 4 years. This is my son's first home who is now 4 years old. He has grown up in this place and we have loved spending our time in the many areas of this community. This community has such a homely feel to it from wonderful spacious apartments to excellent maintenance staff who are not just good at their job but are also very friendly and are ready to help out 24x7.
One such gentleman is Danny who helped me out whenever I had any problems around the house or questions about the community. His work is efficient and is well informed. My kid and I always enjoyed the times there was maintenance work done around the house.
Another staff member who helped me out a lot was Felix. Really thankful to these guys who made our stay here running smoothly.

Thank you for the speedy and excellent repair work on my apartment's pipe leak and dry wall repairs.

Good locality but there project work are nightmare, Parking labelling project was really mess for all tenants but output is zero the objectives given to residents never met but caused inconvenience still have to spend 15 minutes to find a spot. Recently AT&T internet cable again parking issues, inconvenience for residents for shifting furniture, long wait

Just got locket out of my apartment and emergency guys responded immediately after I called and the maintenance guys were very helpful, thank you guys for your help!

Overall a great place to live. Maintenance team specially Danny 's work is impeccable and he has always been responsive and professional on all levels. He responds quickly to any maintenance request. Lots of skills and well rounded makes for a great handyman.

Angel Rodriguez is a fantastic leasing consultant here at eaves Woodland Hills. Very willing to help you find the right apartment for the right price. I had to transfer units and he was very accommodating in giving me extra time to find the right apartment after giving this property my 30 day notice of leaving my previous apartment.

My wife and I have lived here for 4 years and love it. The gym is adequate, the heated pool and hot tub are incredible. The basketball and tennis courts are well maintained. Danny and the rest of the maintenance crew keep the place in top shape and I've never waited more than a day after submitting a maintenance request for them to come by. The grounds are beautiful with mature pine and magnolia trees. The carpet needs to go in our apartment, but other than that it's awesome.

Angie is the best! There was a small misunderstanding in regards to my move in date, but she went above and beyond to make sure I had a safe place to call home that night. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for something small and safe to call home. I would not recommend this place for families, but if you work a lot or aren't home 24/7, this place is perfect!

I Just moved in and Taylor was my leasing consultant who was helping me, and she was very profesional and friendly and she knows what she is doing. Taylor made me feel very comfortable to move in that same day, She is very pleasant and made my move in very easy.

My experience with Taylor from 1 to 10 has been a 10 she is the BEST! Whenever you approach the counter she is the first one to jump up and help me right away with a smile on her face, and most important is she acts like she loves her job! If it was not for her I would have moved out a couple of days earlier.

Location is everything - and it is close to everything in the area. It is older, and not elegant, but the maintenance team is fantastic. I cannot complain

I have been staying well over 1.5 years with my spouse and its been a pretty good experience. All the support staffs are very courteous and always take care of our needs. The maintenance team is awesome. They always take care of our maintenance needs at the earliest whenever we put on our request in the online service portal. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone. Overall the other dwellers in the community are very friendly and there is good ethnic mix of people.

I have been staying in this community for more than 3 years. Till now my experience has been pretty good with few hiccups like pest control and water leakage.

No security measures taken even after repeatedly informed management about theft activity, Lost bicycle, No security cameras for number of apartments and rent being charged.

Nice amenities and play area for kids, rent is pricey for provided sq.ft, no covered parking and not enough parking.

Taylor Simmons is Exceptional when it comes to handling Customer Service. When I was in business years ago and If I would have met this young lady she wouldn't be working here long because I would have hired her right away! Your loss my gain! This is not only my comment but my friends that live here as well back me up 1000 percent.
