I’m here from out of town Raleigh North Carolina passing through San Diego for the summer on a nice little trip. Hit a bump a couple states back evidently I cracked my head pipe (plus two teeth) I called RC components they forwarded me a new one without complaints or concerns and in a timely manner El Cajon Harley replaced it and got to be back on the road in less than a day thanks guys great job.

Excellent, attentive and friendly staff. Helpful, but not pushy. Put together a good deal. Easy to work with. Would definitely buy here again.

El Cajon is a fair distance away from my home in San Marcos. I had been actively searching for a Dyna Street Bob to replace my 2005 Electraglide Standard. I wanted a Dyna for a long time and wasn't happy Harley swished to a soft tail in 2018. In my search online at Cycletrader I saw El Cajon Harley Davidson had a good selection and decent prices. I set my plans for a particular 2015 unit. My schedule is difficult as I work two jobs and cannot just go at any time. I called and emailed to set a time to go down at 5: 30 PM they close at 7. I met Shawn Edmond their online sales rep who was very nice and he had pre arranged that I would be meeting with Eric Diaz who is the GM. Together we explored which Street Bob I was interested in. I liked a 2015 and as advertised it had low miles and was fairly stock. My Electraglide had 56 K milage and though it looked good I was worried I wouldn't get much in trade. Online I had a pre-estimate from Shawn and was happy they came back with 4K value. We made the deal and with in an hour I had my new street bob. Eric went out of his way that night to make sure I was well taken care of. I had an online voucher for $250 in retail accessories and I used that for a set of highway pegs. We played a store poker as part of the store tour and won a t-shirt. At 7 PM as the shop was closing this is where the true adventure begins. I have a half helmet no visor, the bike has a small fly screen which is of minimal use. I start riding home on the freeway and not more that 5 miles later I see a truck behind me flashing his lights. I see smoke billowing from my bike. I get over to the side of the freeway and the whole right side is covered in oil. Luckily I had Erics cell number and rang him up. After about 45 minutes he is there and cleans up the bike and the oil under the bike and he rides it back to the shop while follow in his truck. Its by now 8: 30 PM and I live 30 miles from the dealership. Eric Personally drives me home and says he will set me up with another $ 250 towards a new windshield for my troubles.on the drive we have a great conversation and Eric promises to have my bike delivered to me when it is ready. True to his word the bike is delivered the next evening. This dealership knows how to take care of a customer. The bike runs great and I have been dealing with them for about a month making sure my bike is perfect for me and I am satisfied. Eric Diaz and the staff at El Cajon Harley Davidson dealt with an unfortunate situation and turned it around to keep a new customer happy.

We have been El Cajon Harley Davidson customers for years. While purchasing parts and accessories, we always check out the other trikes as we walk in. Well.this time one caught our eye and we bought it.
However, we thought we had made a mistake because the main feature we wanted (which we had on our old trike) was missing. We did not intend to buy a new trike in the first place and now all we could think is we make one huge mistake in buying this trike. However, we went back and talked to Sales Manager Greg who stepped up to the plate and remedied the situation to everyone's satisfaction.

Very friendly people. We BS'd for a long time. Just stopped in while visiting my son in San Diago. I've rode from Bar Harbor Maine to Yellow Stone, Wyoming and Deadwood, Sturgis and the bad lands. Just had to get a shirt. Nice lineup of bikes!

I just bough a new 2019 Road Glide Ultra form Cristian at El Cajon Harley got a great price and they took my trade in after it had been in an accident and in the shop being repaired Alfredo was in charge of repairs and dealing with Allstate my insurance company and made it a breeze. Best place hands down in san diego to get a tire change front tire on road glide installed ran me about$216.00 Just a quick reminder this is a harley dealership at that price try try to get that somewhere else you even if you get the tire cheaper online you will spend more than thAt I CAME HERE after a quote from coronado beach for approximately $ 400.09 they have military discount plenty of parking, free coffee the staff is respectful and knowledgeable.

I got in an accident with my Ultra Classic 2007 model El Cajon Harley-Davidson big hit at $12,000 but they want to replace everything that was even scratched on the Chrome or anyting until the insurance company decided that they was going to claim a total loss I took it across the street to Performance Chopper they completed all the work it rides perfectly and they did it for 6400 I will never take my bike to El Cajon Harley again.

My husband just had his Vrod serviced -31k and battery change. Took it home had some issues with the clutch. He was able to get the bike back in for service rather quickly and they kept my husband informed on the progress of the repairs/ service which is much appreciated. At first I thought they wouldn’t come through because of reviews I saw but, they went above and beyond on this one! Thank you!

Had some serious issues with my Harley. Between Vince, Ron and Hector they came thru with flying colors. Thanks again guys for going way beyond the distance taking care of me.

Great little local dealership. Nice community feel. Staff is helpful, friendly, professional, and respectful. The service team is top notch, particularly Brittany! I have had my last two bikes serviced here almost exclusively since 2010 for a total of 120,000+ miles. I never worry about staff honesty or the quality of workmanship at El Cajon; can't say that about other dealers in this town.
