I came in to look at full face helmets and Danielle was amazing. I wish I could run into more people like her in other businesses. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I asked her opinions, any reviews she heard about, and she was honest. I wasn't planning on buying the helmet yesterday but because of her I decided to get it right away and I am very happy with my choice. She is definitely an asset to your company.

Really disappointed the moment I walked in. After driving an hour to buy a replacement turning light lens that
was on display. Was denied service to buy it from the parts department during open hours due to inventory being conducted.
The moment I was seen, I was told if I wasn't buying a bike they couldn't help me make a purchase.
If you can't provide basic service why would you even be open. Out of the 11 years I've supported Harley I've never had that type of experience.

El cajon Harley has always gone above and beyond. I purchased my bike in Oct 2016 and now have 37k miles. All services have been performed here. Always on time and work done to the highest standards. I would recommend ECHD to anyone. They make you feel like part of the family.
