29Great place to get chicken. Not usually busy and their staff is nice and quick to deliver your food order.
It's chicken! Of course it is going to be good! Their guacamole green salsa is exceptional. This location is quite busy since it is by the mall and that might be the reason as to why the tables can be a bit dirty at times when you sit down to eat your meal. If you don't mind sitting at a dirty table for a bit while an employee comes and wipes it down for you then your dining experience will be a good one.
Not much different from any other El Pollo Loco. Food is fresh and there is pretty much always parking.
I love pollo loco its delicious food for example: burritos, chicken, loco salad, and Tostadas as well.
I ordered a double chicken salad and there was NO chicken in it. I had to go back the next day for them to replace it. On a previous trip I went there and they were out of chicken yes, the entire restaurant out of chicken.
Chicken is already good when Alex is the cook.anybody else cooks it's dried out or burned.hats off Alex.
Got my order wrong, but it happens from time to time everywhere. Friendly service and great food.
This was a horrible experience. My order was wrong a few times. The chicken was over cooked, I got a pollo bowl and before I finished eating my stomach was hurting. If the place was still open I would go back up there and whoop some bodies ass. I better not have food poisoning
Food is always spot on, staff - most are awesome. The lunch rush makes some of them not so nice. Over all good place to eat
