El Pollo Loco, Chula Vista CA

The facility was unclean, and the food was cold. Wife and I ordered same thing, but I added shrimp, and she noticed that the chicken was cold and that hers had more than mine and the taco salad shell was way smaller than the other. Will not reccomend unless it is remedied.

Find another location, unprofessional did not understand a word they were saying and the food was cold.

Last time I was here, it was alright.
I left a lower review, management reach out to try them again which I did.
Have to say, very pleased with customer service and food quality.

Food is great for being semi-fast foods! Women taking the orders a wee bit moody & short tempered. The front cashiers are our first impressions, they need to really be on their best forefront & manners!

Food was so good ordered Double chicken tostada. Atmosphere was peaceful especially with the rain coming down.

Food was good. Service was mediocre. We ask for the meals to be prepared to eat in the restaurant but when the buzzer went off it was packed to go so we thought that was our cue to leave.

This time I ordered an 8 piece mix Pollo meal. I was surprised the chicken was juicy and tender, the mashed potatoes and corn were good too. Last year I bought a chicken meal and the chicken meat was dried and hard. If they continue to make great chicken I will continue to be a regular customer.

They need to work on freshness of the chicken, me personally, i would rather wait for freshly cooked chicken, then dry chicken just sitting and waiting for someone to order it

Super expensive! Two salads for $21 dlls.and it was not a combo it was just the two salads. RIDICULOUS! There was one small slice of avocado and half a spoonfull of black beans and another 1/2 spoonfull of pico de gallo. Not worth the $10.50 thats for sure.

I like the food, mainly one of their salads. Though they usually end up getting something wrong in my order. So I have to come back in the store so they can fix it.

Always prefer this location in Chula Vista. Fast and friendly service. Well cooked. Always full during peak hours. Today I was in at noon. Fast drive thru service. The parking lot was full today. Chicken was over cooked today. Dark meat but on the dry side.

Not authentic Mexican food, my wife and I decided to try it because it smelled good and after ordering and tasting it we were both disappointed. I think we'll stick with Castaneda's

First time having El pollo lovo and I was impressed, quality was great, sauce bar for your chips and meal is a great feature and would heavily recommend first timers to try this so-cal chain!

I love Denny's. The people there the workers oh yes! The music. You play oldies. Anyway it's good.

It's a good place to get a healthy meal when you don't want to hit the fried chicken. You have a good selection of combos to pick from and their salsa bar adds a nice kick to your meal. If you look out for their coupons, you can save some $$ as well. Happy eating!

Best Pollo Loco around. Chicken is always well cooked.warm environment.clean. Welcoming. And the lady manager always helpful. This is the place for Pollo Loco.

The bathrooms were so clean, smelled freshly mopped! The food was great, fresh, nicely served. The service was good, friendly employees. BEST El Pollo Loco ive ever been to! 10/10

Not really. I have the protein bowl or chicken bowl not so good full rice and tiny chicken.never again

Good service and clean place. Tried it for the first time yesterday and was satisfied, definitely will be coming back.
