26Food was not as ordered. Lobby was crowded close to closing time, so I took the seat by the door. One of the employees came over and opened the door (chilly night) pulled out the trash can and started emptying trash and cleaning trashcan right beside me while i am eating. If that wasn't enough, the door was left open until I closed it. Then she came back and put all the chairs on the tables next to me. Talk about rude and rushing! Will not eat here again!
This place is fantastic. The customer service is a 10. The manager knows her stuff and makes you feel welcome and special. The food is also a 10. I highly recommend this chicken joint!
I always get fast service here. I haven't used the drive thru, I like to dine in here because the area is clean and nice. The salsa bar has bomb salsa and jalapenos. Everyone here is friendly and that's why I come back. If you love chicken, this place puts KFC and Popeyes to shame. With prices and quality.
Food is good like all of the El Apollo locos BUT! Some of the afternoon workers are so RUDE! The worst experience I have ever had at an El Pollo loco. The lady “Maria” who helped up was terrible, some of the worst customer service I’ve delt with. 0 stars for her. I give 5 stars to Elma I believe her name was, she did an excellent job and had perfect customer service!
Not too busy! They were out of lettuce, so there weren't any salads available, which is fine, I ordered an amazing chicken taco carbonara instead.
By far- the very best service of any El Pollo Loco. Very helpful & extremely polite. Can't say enough. HERB
